Hmm...the narcissistic world of Gaga - a scary place.  crazylady-I thought that post said Adam too. Boy, was I disappointed when I saw it really said Adele. ;D I'm still laughing about it; I knew something was wrong though when I scrolled down and no one was going "OMG" over the tweet so I went back and read it again and realized the error of my ways! Looking forward to the day we get a new tweet that says he'll be on XXX show performing his new single!! |

Now that the spring is coming and it's getting warm and there's more light, I found couple pics on my phone from the Helsinki concert line up for Adam's concert    and believe me the line was loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong |

I agree. I was not saying that I think he has in any way shape or form waged war on Christianity. More a hope for the future that he doesn't really find her way of confronting Christianity as effective or smart. Gotcha. I don't believe he will; I think he's way too smart for that. I don't even know that Gaga is "waging war on Christianity;" she seems more like a young woman grappling with and trying to reconcile her Catholic upbringing with her adult/artist belief system and in the meantime, being extremely controversial and provocative and making eleventy bazillion dollars. Adam doesn't have those issues because he was not raised Christian. He doesn't need to sort out his angst and conflict, which Gaga and Madonna both have done, and have exhibited in their music and imagery. I think the only real animosity he would have would stem by being targeted by the fundamentalist faction who have targeted gays in general. I don't think he takes it anymore directly personal than any other homosexual person does. (Which isn't to make light of it, but I don't know that he sees it as an attack on him, personally, or what he represents to anyone who condemns homosexuality across the board.) And in that respect, he would be on the defensive, not the offensive, because he has already been attacked for just being himself. Oh, and P.S., James covering "Soaked" is  |
