The signed Deluxe CD from Newberry runs $20.98 total with shipping in the US. That's a little over $1 cheaper than the one from Australia to the US.

Does anyone know if there is or will be an audio CD of the Deluxe clean version of TOH? The only CD of the Deluxe version I've seen is explicit. I want to gift some CDs, but I want the recipients to be able to play them with abandon when they take their small children to school, etc., which won't happen with the explicit version. And I hate to not include the bonus tracks.
