How can they say he is headlining when he's presenting I am so confused That's why it's kinda funny. In the bunch of folks listed...he is headline material....but think his name is for impact/hits on the website. I suppose his appearance qualifies as the highlight/headline...lol. I did notice this one line in the article......so IDK....... Much music confirmed a roster of A-list presenters, and an additional performer, for the 2015 Much Music Video Awards. Now the question is to go or not to go. I am about 45 mins outside of Toronto - so not a big deal. The is a wrist band only general admission kind of deal. Radio stations have been giving away wrist bands - or you can line up and get a number then line up again and get a wristband ..... I have found someone selling them for $100. I don't want to go it alone ....... Anyone wanna play ?? |

The original high-this song is amazing. The lyrics are so introspective and yet everyone can relate to it. The production is flawless and I know Cassie will kill me (  ) but I kinda like the falsetto. I think it kinda goes with the theme of the song: the chase, being a bit out of air, trying to recreate something with no success. And that glory note!  That glory note and the build to it are damned fine! No complaints from me. The falsetto? Hey, it is pop. It fits the vibe of the pop song. Not enamoured, but, I get it. What I like is that it is falsetto on top and rich voice an octave below simultaneously. Then, later in the song, he sings the same phrase in full voice to show he can. Gotta say, Adam singing pop is in a different league vocally from the other male pop singers. He IS showing his versatility and ability to sing any style convincingly. Even in his "pop" voice, he sings circles around the others. |

So after listening to TOH one or ten times, that glory note reminds me of this: youtu.be/E0ZTYuA0DJ8at the 2:20 mark. This was his premiere performance and I almost dropped the camera after that note. Think it will be the same jolt when he sings TOH live. Good times ahead.  |
