4Ms, for me, I didn't feel like crying because of the meaning of the song/the lyrics. I felt my eyes sort well up with tears at the sudden impossible sweetness of Adam's voice when the "pre-chorus" started. He does the opening verse in that amazing low register, then the pre-chorus kicks in, and I only hear an angel.  You've described it beautifully. He's almost whispering as he starts to explain. The volume builds as his determination grows and finally explodes in his relief at having all of the words finally out. One interpretation would have him in a relationship where he is a secret lover unable to continue living a lie. I think that's the most heartbreaking version. I've read several other interpretations on ATop. |

I think I've heard this album at least 6 times now. My faves seem to switch between 4 songs:
(1) The Original High
(2) Lucy
(3) Rumors
(4) Heavy Fire
Such a STELLAR album! I can't wait to hear the bonus tracks as well! So the UK will get their Release on 6/12 and I'm sure our UK Glamberts will share with us those bonus tracks! Wow, its only 4 days from now. I, like everyone here, cannot keep up with all the Adam news! I wanna play the tracks over & over but I also want to catch up with all the Adam vids & interviews. I already missed his DJ'ing earlier today.
Kudos to WBR & Shoshanna for the best Promo rollout eva!!!
