I think the fans who insisted it was "moo" right from first listen will never hear "yeah". Linda's son was not told beforehand to listen for the "moo" and he never heard it. Now Adam is stuck with the "moo". Oh well...could be worse I guess...

I think the fans who insisted it was "moo" right from first listen will never hear the actual "yeah" Linda's son was not told beforehand to listen for the "moo" and he never heard it. Now Adam is stuck with the "moo". Oh well... I just tested it on some of my 20-something students --- with no cues. > They all liked the song and wanted to know who it was. > They all laughed at the "moo" and called it a "moo" or "cow song". BUT NOT IN A BAD WAY. > I also played "Ghost Town" which they liked even more!! Just sold a couple more albums!

QUESTION: For those of you with great speakers/high-end headphones, do you hear "yeah" like Adam says? I've replayed and replayed a hundred times and, for the life of me, I don't hear "YEAH"!! I hear "MMMMM"... Even when i want to hear a "yeah" so badly, i just don't hear it. Sorry Adam, it is a Moo, can't make anything else of it. Could Adam ever predict that this Yeah would turn out to become moo-gate??

I like it -- but yeah, sometimes a moo is a moo. Call it whatever you want. It is still a moo!! Adam is gonna either have to accept it or put out a moo-free remix! **** I am listening to TOH and if this is not a hit song, there is something wrong with the world! I need a remix now!

I am a "moo" fan -- although I would slightly prefer a moo-free version of ALN. *** But ALN is one of my favorite tracks in YEARS -- with or without the moo.

The Mooh-gate reminds me of the fairytale "The Emperor's New Clothes" where everyone sees that the Emperor is naked, but because everybody else says that he is wearing wonderful clothes, nobody dares to say the opposite So everyone hears a mooh but is desperately trying to hear the "Yeah" because Adam is telling us so. But damn if I ever heard a Mooh - this is one!

In ALN, it's more of a "tone" thing, like these cows here! huh... I inserted the video, but it's not there! Here's the link: youtu.be/K_EsxukdNXM

Great reminder -- stream "Ghost Town" Relax a bit about streaming the album until it matters --- count starts this weekend for album release week. That is when it matter. **** Here is what Billboard measures for the Billboard 200 (US Album Chart): "For sales and streaming, we use a Monday-to-Sunday cycle. The reports we get for sales and streaming cut off end-of-day on Sunday." So for "The Original High" album the streaming clock starts at 12:00AM Monday and ends at 11:59:99PM Sunday US Eastern Time (New York). Until Monday the only thing that matters to stream is "Ghost Town". Oops! Thanks!! I've been streaming the album non-stop. Back to Ghost Town asap!!! AT 4,280,300 now!! Go!!
