WTF indeed. Thought I was seeing things  </img> That stinks,when that happened last time I was so upset ... again it stinks!! Thank goodness you can stream to your hearts content on Spotify and it all counts...I stream day and night... I wish that YouTube were equally fastidious about weeding out the pirated music on their platform. ETA: I sometimes think that they care nothing for standards until and unless their own interests are impacted. Goodness knows how many views Adam has lost to pirated uploads. |

The probably audited it and removed spamming. I am certain many people are just playing it on repeat. This is at least the third time this video has been adjusted. Recommend anyone doing this STOPS now. They will audit and adjust YT counters to stop manipulation and, if they find a lot of it, they will freeze the counter. Use a playlist and vary the playlist regularly. Thanks for the reminder sometimes I just put my playlist on repeat and forget that I have a couple others with variations that I should play. Based on the adjustment, I would say this is an important reminder. Is this something that should be posted on the front page each day? Perhaps 4Ms could include a reminder in the updates that are posted. I've just noticed that 20,000 views from The Original High have been shaved off as well, along with about 9000 views of Underground. Very annoying! |

Wow! SPOTIFY! [img style="max-width:100%;" src="    8,467,709 streams as of today! Increase of 528,689 from yesterday's number!That's a great update !!!  Probably also a correction for yesterday's numbers, but still. I'll update the rest of the songs when I get home. Update on the rest: Another Lonely Night: 414,766 (from 309,069) Underground: 343,780 (from 327,424) Evil in the Night: 299,949 (from 271,773) Biggest gainer again. The Original High: 33,604 (from 10,693) GT still doing great in Finland (27k streams) and The Netherlands (51k streams). No time to check the rest. That last one probably resulted also in a very very nice position for GT this week in the Single Top 100! GT rose there to #18!!! (from #43) This chart takes into account all sales, downloads and streams, but no Airplay. Since downloads aren't part of the Top 40 and Airplay is, this makes a big difference. Tomorrow another chart will update which will take into account downloads as well, but also airplay. GT will rise on that for sure, but we will see how much. FYI: WWYFM only managed to get to #23 on the Single Top 100 in 2010. It did reach #7 in the Top 40. |

I have looked at the ever changing schedule we have for Adam and I don't see that he has much going on on June 20th. I know he is in Toronto for the MMVA's on the 21st. Raja is involved with one of the Pride parties on the 20th ..... To buy a ticket in hopes that Adam is there or not ...... In one of the interviews/articles today he was asked about Pride and said he regretted not being in LA for their parade (he will be in the UK) but said he might do something in Canada. That was all he said and 'do something' could be just sit on a balcony and watch and it could be anywhere, but Toronto sounds like a decent bet. So ...... |
