Not sure if I am posting correctly, i have only done this a few times during the QAL Merriweather post concert, but have been a regular lurker. Love all the TOH buildup and the whole album! Today my 23yo daughter texted me and said she won the IHeart Radio preview concert tickets tomorrow in NY! I signed her up as she lives in NY and loves Adam. She is soooo excited and I am too for her! Just had to share Awesome kvk! Can she log in here or give you a recap post concert?

Somebody already mentioned that earlier and others replied that they are not seeing it, so I want to bring it back to that point, because I think it is important that we sort this one out.
Based on my own observation, Spotify does seem to stop playing after a while of no activity. Not sure yet, how long that period is. Need to test some more, but need to run some errands now, so others probably will be faster with the answer.
You don't notice it, if you have minimized your window, because when you return and maximize it again, that counts as activity, and so by the time the window is open, your song is playing again just fine. But it did not play the whole time, based on my observatio.
Can someone please do this: Leave the Spotify window(s) open and non-minimized in the background and start doing whatever else for a while in other windows that you have in the front. When you come back after 30 min or 1 hour (not sure yet how long), move the other windows away, but don't click on the spotify window itself. You will find that player at the bottom to be standing still. I think, the person earlier, who said that you have to show activity on Spotify to keep it playing, seems right.

I'm pretty sure it will come after we leave tmw, but it will be a great welcome home on Friday....must make sure my sister puts it in a safe place for me! And DancyGeorgia: thank you for the info re downloading the CD for my trip. I screencapped your reply so I can do it later. I'm just back here, checking the thread because......about an hour ago, I dropped my iPad on the hard floor and the screen is shattered!!! So I will try to put the music on my phone, so I don't go thru withdrawal over the next few days...... Just realized: I ordered new bluetooth headphones to use on this trip. They arrived today....and I broke the screen while I was charging them......Never even got to pair them!! PS: Congrats, Theosgma!!!! Glad someone had good luck today!!! dontshakemytreeIt was mailed from Brighton, Mass...seems you would have gotten yours before me. Mail is strange sometimes. Make sure your mail will be protected from rain, as the CD came in a small bubbled manila envelope and the signed booklet was loose inside and you wouldn't want it to get wet. The CD is of course inside a plastic wrapper. Ahh, thanks, bamafan!! Good to know!! It's raining right now, and I think more is coming tmw, but fortunately (?) my house is one of the oldies and has a covered porch. So as long as my mail carrier doesn't do something stupid, like take it out of her pouch before walking undercover, I should be OK. Can't wait to get it!

Ooops. Didn't mean it to be a downer. But it goes to show you that you don't have to be a musical scholar or have an exceptional ear to enjoy music and good voices. This test only checks your ability to perceive slight differences in pitch. Not your ability to hear rhythm, tone, emotions, beat, themes, lyrics, or instrumentation. Or your appreciation of Adam's exceptional voice. So turn up the volume and dance along, cry along, sing along. ENJOY! I did the rhythm test too....which is much harder than the tonal adaptive one, I think....but I got the exact same score in both of them...top 28% in the tonal and 72% correct in the rhythm ...so pretty good but not genius fwiw. Interesting that I found it much easier to hear flat notes than sharp...is that the norm, Cassie? In fact I felt almost like I was cheating by the end as if I did not hear it flat, I assumed it was sharp...and was correct...but I can't really claim that I could always 'hear' the sharp... I did the exact same thing.... except in the opposite direction. I found it much easier to hear the second note sharp. Don't know anything ab out the research.
