The nuances fascinate me.
I don't know that I have ever seen someone so comfortable in their own skin, so graceful in conversation. Many times I have fallen into awkward moments in conversations. At ~0:30, in my opinion, there is a moment that could have been awkward. But Adam just pulls it off. Robin helps, but I feel so confident of Adam and his presence that I never feel awkward for him, if you know what I am trying to say. He's got this. What an evolved easy person he is.
And then, at ~0:48, mad credit to Robin for not just turning into a pool of Abdul. If Adam was ever looking into my eyes, talking about intimacy and saying he wanted it to feel like he was singing into my ear (Picture your position relative to Adam if he was singing into your ear) I don't think my legs would hold me up. Like he says, sexy is sexy.
For me, he just has such a powerful presence, on all levels.
Also, at~1:07? Up and down, side to side? Yeh, that.

Has GMA put up the video of Evil in the Night?? or did I miss it somewhere in the news thread. Here it is: Yes, thank you. I did see this fan video but I thought GMA said to check back and they would be posting their "official" video of Evil In the Night. I was hoping for a full stage view of Adam moving around and performing. I am sure we will get more fab videos. |

Loved all the performances and also the interview with Lindsey! He's looking so gorgeous again! Also love the red. That's totally my color. Great news also from the Netherlands! The Original High debuted at #10 in the Album Top 100!!!   Sadly with only 16% of the sales of the #1 song (which was the Muse album), but still very nice considering the album is only available in a few places. Making it into the top 10 also gave it a bit of news worthy since right after there were some Dutch sites which headlined: Adam Lambert clincher of the Album top 10!

We had almost forgotten about him: the American singer Adam Lambert. After 'Whataya Want From Me', in 2010 a worldwide hit, it was a long time silent around him. But after five years he scores a hit with us again with 'Ghost Town'. The song is from his third studio album The Original High, co-produced by Sweden's Max Martin, who was responsible for his breakthrough in 2010. On eight of the eleven songs Lambert gave contributions.Besides the album news Ghost Town also did very good in our charts this week!  Dutch Top 40: #21 (from #29) Airplay, streams and social media (no downloads). Single Top 100: #15 (from #18) Only downloads and streams. iTunes Top 30: #8 (from #6) Only iTunes (around the album drop GT wasn't available for a little which causes it to drop some). The last chart (Mega Top 50) which takes into account Airplay, downloads and streams will update tomorrow (last week #19) but I expect a rise there as well since GT is doing great in iTunes (#4 for quite some days already) and also in Spotify (#17 yesterday with 62k streams). |

Adam Lambert Aiming for Third Top 10 Album on Billboard 200 Chart

The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week based on multi-metric consumption, which includes traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). The chart’s new top 10 will be revealed on Wednesday, June 25. The Original High is Lambert’s first album for Warner Bros. after departing RCA Records, where he logged his two earlier top 10s: His For Your Entertainment debut in 2009 (No. 3 debut and peak) and its follow-up, the No. 1-bowing Trespassing in 2012.
