Not to be all conspiracy theory but methinks the big ass banner and cheap price on iTunes might have a little something to do with Nate's position on the album chart there... maybe not so much James but he also has a banner and cheap price... #ThinksThatMakeYouGoHmmmm Apparently us Canadians don't care how big the banner or how cheap the price............ Nate is sitting in 20th.

It is NOT A SALE UNTIL DELIVERED OR DOWNLOADED. PAYMENT IS NOT WHAT MAKES A SALE FOR THE CHARTS!! Direct to consumer sales (Amazon, iTunes, MyPlay, and so on) must be shipped with an expected delivery date of Sunday 6.21.15 to count this week. IF YOU GOT THE DELAY NOTE, PLEASE AUTHORIZE THE SPLIT SHIPMENT. IF YOU GOT THE DOWNLOAD OPTION NOTE, DOWNLOAD IT. IF YOU HAVE ANY iTUNES ORDERS THAT ARE NOT DOWNLOADED, THEY MUST BE DOWNLOAD TO COUNT AS SALES FOR THE BILLBOARD CHART. (This includes gift!! Make sure they are downloaded or give them to someone else.) I can understand that downloads must be completed by Sunday. I'm guessing that iTunes can't complete the sale until it's downloaded. However, I do not understand the actual delivery requirement for physical cds. If delivery is required, all of those split shipments are not going to make it. For Nielsen Soundscan reporting.... 1. Digital music, must be downloaded -- that constitutes delive 2. Direct to consumer CDs -- need to be shipped by the retailer with an expected delivery date before the end of the reporting week. So not actual delivery but EXPECTED DELIVERY. >> If you buy a CD and they give you a complete download with the purchase, that download can constitute delivery. >> Retailers have been know to use aggressive delivery dates -- meaning ship on Friday and say it will be delivered on Saturday.

I think sometimes as fans it's easy to get sucked into the feeling that somehow we are the ones responsible for Adam's success or failure. We can feel that we didn't do enough if his songs don't get enough spins, sales etc. We can do our part but ultimately the success of TOH is the responsibility of WBR, Adam and his team. Being an Adam fan should be an enjoyable journey and not a contest where we feel we lost if Adam is not at the tops of radio and sales charts. I think some of us fans are more stressed than Adam. He is radiating happiness about this album. I think he would want us to enjoy it with him not be panicked about numbers. Well said.

(But in my heart I don't have anything against Nate. I like his voice, and I think he's a good guy.)

Retailer promised delivery makes more sense.
