Bullets are always done using the + - system! i have never seen them noted any other way, for any artist. IDK, if you follow other artists numbers or not, but very few have a clean sail up the charts. Sorry, but I am not going to angst about a song that is in its 8th week to radio, is at #29, has an increase of 25 spins from yesterday, a +31 bullet and a +40 +/- bullet! Just getting home but I need to correct your terminology. The actual Bullet is 31 today and the bullet+ is 40. The bullet is the difference between the spins this week and the spins last week. It is what is labeled Move in the column on Mediabase. The + numbers that we calculate daily are the changes from yesterday to today for spins, bullet & audience. So the bullet is the difference between this week and last weeks spins. In pure terms only called a bullet when positive as the term originated from the bullet marker that was printed on the charts indicating a song that was increasing spins. That figure is in the line copied straight from the Mediabase chart. The spins+, bullet+, and audience+ are the difference between yesterday's numbers and today's. ETA: And the reason it is confusing is that most people on the websites sloppily call both numbers the bullet and only differentiate when confused newbies start questioning them.

Just an FYI, pretty sure Taylor's track equivalents are off by quite a bit. So Adam won't be as close to her as we think, when BB numbers come in.
ETA: Remember this? We were wondering why Adam's 2nd numbers were the same. Positive it was typo now. Bet it was supposed to say 40-45K. You can see by this, that today's numbers for Swift's streaming in today's HDD are most likely way off. And that these predictions are pretty close to today's figures.

NOW 54 (NOW) 13-17k, 13-17kIf that's the case, then that's quite a big mistake by HDD. Don't they have anyone checking their numbers? However, even if T.S. does get 55-60K, TOH is still going to be #3, just not as close to #2.

Yes, Adam will still have his #2 for album sales and #3 for sales plus streaming + tracks equivalents. It won't change that. He just won't be as close to her as it seems now. I have a feeling that the person in charge of getting Swift's iTunes numbers only did her big track, Bad Blood, and not all of the tracks off 1989 that are still selling. The figure matches that one song's sales projections. BTW, I also think they might have missed one of Adam's tracks too, but it will only make a slight difference! Oh, and I am not sure if HDD gets fan club numbers. I am hoping for 45K for the real numbers!

If that's the case, then that's quite a big mistake by HDD. Don't they have anyone checking their numbers? However, even if T.S. does get 55-60K, TOH is still going to be #3, just not as close to #2. It's not a matter of checking numbers HDD numbers are ESTIMATES extrapolated from some data collected at various stages along the way. They start estimating on the first day of the week and those estimates are updated during the week based on what sales report data they get. But bottom line is that HDD is not the official chart entity and they DO NOT get reports from all retailers. Every single number they report is an estimate and subject to error and if they are off they are off. That is the nature of estimates. Billboard is the official chart entity and uses numbers compiled by Soundscan for sales and Nielson for airplay and streaming. Soundscan covers 99% of all sales. Those numbers reported to Billboard are the ONLY official numbers. Granted HDD's estimates are fairly close but outside of the lock JT has on number one it is entirely within the realm of possibility for 2-5 on the SPS chart to shift around.

I know that! Just pointing out the obvious error in Swift's stream prediction of today. Another indicator that her numbers are an error is that they have Sheeran's streams as higher than hers. No way! Sometimes one just has to look at logic.
