GT is rising!!! Just listened to Ryan Seacrest iheart radio Top 40. GT is #35 this week, up 5 from last week when it entered the countdown at #40. And he pimped Adam and GT beforehand, saying AL was coming up a cpl times and then saying how whistles have been showing up a lot lately in hit songs and he would explain later, then right before playing GT, he played about 10 whistles from previous hits. I was thrilled hearing GT for the first time on the radio in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. It is 6:20 am. :-)

betty - those cakes are genius!
pi - I like that photo - the hair included!
Wonder if Adam will stay in NYC the whole weekend? In one of the interviews yesterday, he said he needed some down time after all this promo. Maybe he'll head back early on Sunday.

wildarose - that's good news! betty - those cakes are genius! pi - I like that photo - the hair included! Wonder if Adam will stay in NYC the whole weekend? Yesssss! Yesterday it finally happened that I heard Adam somewhere unexpectedly. I have heard Ghost Town on the radio, but only because I knew they would play it before. So... I was at this local event at our village outdoor swimming pool, and they had a DJ there. Thought fleetingly how nice it would be if he would play us some Adam, but he was playing from cds, so I guessed it would be a lot of older music. And I never ever ever heard Adam played here spontaneously here, so I gave up that thought from the start. About an hour into the event my ears suddenly picked up a familiar sound! It was Ghost Town!  |

Don't get me wrong I am extremely happy to see Ghost Town on Spotify's Today's Top Hits, but I wish they had put TOH in the album column. Ghost Town is in song and album columns. Still great to be on that l list given how powerful Spotify is in the music industry. I wonder if Spotify could be alerted about the mistake. It would be nice if people perusing the list that might not know about the album could be introduced to the name.

I was reading the newest comments on GT music video to see what people thought of the song -- and it was mostly very positive! Quite a few people pointed out the lack of an epilepsy warning LOL: "came for the hot 100, left from the seizures"
I realised that its debut on the BB Hot 100 did get it exposed to more people -- that's good!
