Hmm, the Billboard Hot 100 playlist in Spotify just updated 2 hours ago. Ghost Town is still not on it. It's a list of 90 songs so they ain't doing the full Hot 100. Shame. Would have been a great opportunity to get it higher up the Spotify list. Charts haven't updated today yet, but GT dropped some on the Viral charts yesterday. Charted countries are still streaming nicely with 230k streams/ day. Still charted in 9 countries. A sudden and huge drop in daily YouTube views.. Anyone knows what happened? I'd say fall off after getting to the 8 million mark. Diff between today and yesterday is back in the above 200,000 range but it does look like it stuttered for a few days. |

What would cause a song to be greyed out on the list? Ghost Town is on the list for me but not greyed out. I just go to this link and when I select "Play" GT streams until I exit the program.

I'm not sure what this has to do with the conversation about the Billboard Hot 100 playlist. We were discussing why the song wasn't on the list but then realized it is there but it is greyed out for one person but not for others. I was asking what would cause a song to be greyed out on a Spotify playlist not looking for a list to stream GT. |

Found out on twitter that the song is greyed out if the version is not available in the country you are signed up in. So the particular version they linked must not be available where skaschep is. Cheerleader is greyed out for me because Billboard linked a version that isn't available in the US. If you open the link and are viewing the web page it shows all the songs and greys out the ones not available but if you search for the playlist in the app itself it only shows the available songs.

I can't find it in Spotify here and I can't play it either, because it isn't made available for me. We only have the explicit version. No clean cd's here either. ETA: As you pointed out above already. That post didn't show up yet. On the web version of the list there are 95 songs for me, but 5 are grayed out. In the app I only see 90 songs (without the grayed out ones. ETA2: Can you check how much streams the clean version has? Or is that totaled with the other version? |

I see Ghost Town is on the list greyed out for us (in the Czech Republic) as well. :( |
