I definitely have that with music I love. I still have not heard Adam being played on French radio, not that I listen to the radio that much, but so far, I have never heard it played in supermarkets, in shops, in shopping centres, out of someone else's car... In France I heard only Lay Me Down several times) I wasn't lucky enough to catch GT "spontaneously, out in the world" yet. I tune into Z100, Q102 when it is expected to be played. On this note - last night I turned Z100 on when the new song by Demmy Lovato was on. This song is #1 on iTunes in half the world it seems. I am now 100% CONVINCED that the song itself has NOTHING TO DO with it's popularity, NOTHING. Just check it out. In the meantime we had another nice radio update - that AI is inching up!  |

Hmmm... since I can't seem to shake my fascination with Chile at the moment I thought I'd do a quick Google about the stadium where the concert is going to be. This is what it looks like (during a Madonna show with 50.000 people there), pretty impressive!!  Little fact about the stadium from wikipedia: "Queen concerts, scheduled for the 24 and 25 January 1985, were cancelled directly by the dictator Augusto Pinochet. This was the second time they were to perform in the country." Are you planning to go? |

Reading the above interview by Brian Ives, I get this mental image of writers and producers on Broadway scurrying around writing something original for Adam! How about a vampire (glampire, I mean) musical! |

Fascinating stories! I've noticed the same sensitive ear myself.  Same here, sensitive ear! It took me exactly 0.01 seconds to identify the start of Ghost Town when it started playing in a full swimming pool. It is really interesting how much more you hear and you see than you normally are aware of. It is just little bits and pieces that we are focussed on that 'come through'. And just because we're talking about Ghost Town  I'm certain I have the same sensitivity training for Adam's music. However, I've never been tested because I never hear it anywhere.  |
