Hmmm..I can't bring Adam's latest instagram over..'FADED'..saw some talk that it was about being stoned. Personally, I think it has more to do with Adam's hair without product.  Any other guesses? Too many parties?? Not enough sleep?? And I should leave now??? If someone thinks can tell he is stoned in that picture they need to get a job with the FBI or such. Folks look at a photo, meddle around in the urban dictionary and then say stuff as if they know for sure. Looks to me like he just got out of the shower, face a fresh and shiny - hair slicked down - some blurring filter on the photo. Yup....lack of hair product. Input appreciated..  |

Not sure if I would say "stalled" on HAC. It's pretty much doing the same thing it was two weeks ago on Top 40 but there we had a negative move on four out of 7 days. This is the first day HAC has ever had a negative move and it hit it's highest audience numbers ever just yesterday. I'm thinking that Friday in through the weekend will provide better numbers as DJs spend less time talking about which 4th of July event to attend and more time playing music. I do not think this is a holiday weekend effect, it started before the holiday and has continued since the holiday ended. And a holiday would have affected the entire chart, not just GT. Today: 18 18 ADAM LAMBERT Ghost Town 1690 1703 -13 7.843 June 30: 21 18 ADAM LAMBERT Ghost Town 1693 1530 163 7.740 June 26: 22 20 ADAM LAMBERT Ghost Town 1612 1471 141 7.352 I don't think GT is done on HAC but it is going to bounce around a bit around that 1690 for a bit. I'm still not seeing the stall that you see. The move number over the prior week is way above 100 until it gets to the 3rd of July. GT had much lower move numbers back just past mid June and the Top 40 move numbers have almost always been less than the HAC. Anyway this means that this week's numbers have to compete against those high ones in the early part of last week. I'm computing the actual spins each day also and they also are decent compared to last week. I believe in Occam's razor -- the simplest explanation is usually correct. |

I think it will be flat for a while -- and that it will stay around where it is right now for a while. 1711 at week end is basically flat. I used the word "stalled" because I think it will be around the same place for a while -- bobbing up and down. But I do not believe it is done -- and I think it will continue to move up the chart. |
