I was in the dentist chair today, when I heard GhostTown over the sound system. The dental office usually plays Now radio, here in Edmonton, which I think is 102.3 FM. If I hadn't had a mouthful of metal drills I would have jumped outta my chair. lol I giggled to myself. I am sure the dentist thought I had lost it. lol. I am so surprised that Canadian radio hasn't gotten on board with this. Well actually more pissed than surprised.

Yeah, I think Detroit was one of the best concerts on the NA tour - or am I confusing it with Dallas?, - in any case, great moments! I was following the entire tour online. When my friends asked me what I was doing over the summer, I would tell them I'm on a virtual Queen + Adam Lambert tour.... And it was a wild ride for me too, even though I wasn't actually there: staying up for the streams or watching them the next day, enjoying those special moments which make every concert unique, reading the stellar reviews from everywhere they went.... It was so much fun. I was at the Auburn Hills (Detroit) concert. I could feel the music vibrating in my body, I hadn't anticipated that. Better, yet, I could see everything. Section D, 1st row with a wide aisle in front of me. Close to the B-stage, but off to the side enough to see the main stage well. I can't stand that long, so the seat was terrific for my frequent sit-downs. There was basically no one in front of me. Everyone has heard the music, but actually being in the auditorium and hearing and seeing it live was nearly overwhelming. I remember looking at the stars and mirror ball rotating overhead and thinking that I need to look back at Adam. There was too much to see and hear at one time. I wanted to stay there and see it again, the way you used to be able to stay at the movie theater and see it again. (Can you still do that?) QAL put on the closest thing to a perfect concert I'm ever likely to see. Your description of your concert experience sounds so PERFECT---exactly the way I would love to see and hear Adam in concert some day--with or without Queen. I have seen him several times, but always too far away and I'm too short to see anything when people are in front of me. I can dream it will happen for me some day. I'm happy you have that Detroit memory forever.....

I am probably the only one that finds that Adam-on-Adam ear-licking just a little bit creepy. That's unusual because I am generally all for the sexy. I will get over it though. Not sexy. Looks like Adam loves only himself. Really ickeeeee. I can't even imagine licking my own ear. I didn't see that it's Adam I thought that some woman is licking Adam's ear

Canadian radio may have started late but they started well as of the week of the MMVA's. I've posted some of the Canadian radio detail a few days ago in the numbers thread so you can go back and look.
