I'm watching my GN Live blu-ray today. It is better quality, but don't expect miracles.... the over-exposed parts are still over-exposed, for example. The sound is better. If you are the type of person who has to have TS files for your downloads, no matter how much space it takes up on your computer, you will definitely want the blu-ray version. If you are the type of person who is just fine with ipod compatible mp4 downloads and don't already have a blu-ray player, you'll be OK without it. Does that just make it clear as mud? jmho, of course Very clear, dear. Gotta get it.... :

www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/anoop-desai-x-factor-will-187895Interesting and somewhat sad interview with Anoop about how hard it is to break into the music business, and the stigma attached to one for being on American Idol "Once you step on that Idol stage, you have the potential to play with the big boys, to do what Adam Lambert has done, it's just harder to get there." aurora thanks for the photo link

I don't worry about how Adam will fit in at festival. We have Big Day Out here that is a giant music festival that this year included everyone from Rammestein to Sia - its all music and people go expecting to see things they haven't seen before and might not like. I am sure Adam will rock it with a few covers but rocked out versions of some of his harder stuff from the album - you might even get Can't Let You Go live at long last...

[sighs] Been long disappointed in the lack of CLYG.
I refuse to even get my hopes up.
(That said - can you envision the meltdown at DDD if Adam *did* sing it? ;D )

The biggest question is - will we get videos from the Russian concert?

I love when I hear Adam playing somewhere else in my house and it's not me playing it and singing along

EIGHT PAGES?? Either feast or famine here. :D Since it appears to be a famine day I will take the opportunity to post a link (& excerpt) from another Moser blog. The one I posted yesterday got little attention but I'm chalking that up to all the hoopla over PittmanGate. ( So he mentions Adam two consecutive days!) It's about AI10 but the relevant part mentions Adam. Anyway - for whomever is interested: blogs.mcall.com/tvwatchers/2011/05/reinhart-crashes-and-burns-durbin-spirals-down-mccreery-rises-to-top-on-idol-1.htmlExcerpt: Re JD - "His second performance, “Love Potion No. 9,” was sung Adam Lambert style, all wailing and scream. Only, unlike Lambert, Durbin was off-key." Sort of a back-handed compliment no? Adam wails and screams but he does it ON KEY! Haha Q3 - do you still hate Moser?
