I'm sure Adam was as appalled at last ngiht's judging as most of us who watched the show. Even David Cook tweeted about the judging! I haven't been watching AI, but from everything I read, no one thinks the judges are doing their jobs very well and this is not good for the contestants either. They NEED to hear the good and the bad. Certainly was a different show when Simon was there. Will be interested to see how his X-Factor works out. Right now I'm enjoy The Voice. I watched So You Think You Can Dance Canada last year. A few weeks before the finals, the eventual winner Denys Drozdyuk told the judges "praise is good but critique is so much better". |

Good morning. I've been thinking about Monte's "kicking some ass in Moscow Monsters Of Rock 91 style" tweet last night. If the Heavy Metal type of songs Monte has been tweeting lately are what this Russian Music Festival is all about.....I am a little apprehensive confused just how Adam fits in here? I know Adam can sing anything but he isn't all about Metal like the bands that are going to be there. Huge crowds + lots of drinking = I don't know? :-/ I have no clue why Adam's management picked a Heavy Metal Festival. Maybe that just happens to be an event that fit with Adam's schedule. Both Tommy & Monte love Heavy Metal. They are probably thrilled to go and watch all the bands. I'm sure that Adam will probably do more of His rock songs at the festival. I have always had the impression that Monte has delusions that He can get Adam to perform more rock/heavy metal. I don't think He understands that Adam wants to be a current recording artist and in todays market Adam needs to (and probably wants to) be played on current Top 40 radio. Poor Monte (Ya I'm still mad) doesn't understand what Adam (His employer) needs to do in order to be a successful current recording artist. |

Freaking unbelievable what they do to Haley. Although, Steven has redeemed himself a little by defending Haley. crazylady I love The Voice too. There's one particular singer that I kinda like, Jared Blake.. I know he looks kinda like Chris Daughtry but I like his rendition of Dixie Chicks's Not Ready To Make Nice. I love tha song so, I guess I am kinda biased  |

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABIE!!!I'm glad the uproar over the Pittman's is over.....and pleased Monte will be going to Moscow with Adam. That said, I definitely lean towards Wonderstruck's opiinion. Hah! Anyhoo.......totally agree with Adam concerning the AI judging. Ridiculous! (and on a more general note - Lauren's "oh gosh golly gee I can't sing the word evil!" and Scotty's Cross kissing (yes, I know he was joking, but still) - almost made me gag. Then we had James grandstanding....did Adam EVER look to the audience for applause after EACH power note?!!! GAH!! I need to switch to The Voice! :   :-/
