I love salty licorice! The old fashioned real kind that you could buy in candy stores when there was still "penny candy". Glistening with a bit of licorice oil on the surface. Heavenly! (That makes me sound like I am 10,000 years old -- I am not!) Just finished catching up on Adam news after being in an Adam-Free zone for over 24 hours. Life is back to normal again.  [shudders weakly, clutches chest, and drags trembling self back to RL.....] |

Did you know that Adam and his fans are soooo powertful that we and we alone are responsible for Haley Reinhart making Top 3 on Idol!!! ;D Not just for Haley making it through, but for specifically sending JD home! His fans can't make get him the win, but we can pick who loses.  |

We had Danish neighbors when I was young and they would bring this licorice back from Denmark. I loved it. YUM!

Now my big question is -- why didn't he used that fan power to win Idol himself? To buy the "Adam got rid of James because he is so jealous" theory, you have to believe..... 1. Adam has more fans now than he did when he was in the Idol final OR 2. Adam really didn't want to win Idol and worked out a deal with TPTB to not count some of his votes OR 3. Adam made a deal with TPTB to lose some of James votes and paid them a lot of money to make James lose. Now, we can get rid of #2 because we know that Adam would have just put rhinestones on those mouse ears and been a great winner. And we can get rid on #3 because we know Adam is frugal and would not waste the money -- he did not even pay the bastards not to release Take One. So I say it is #1 -- Adam is much bigger now than when he won Idol and has 3 times as many fans and he got them to vote for the other three. Yes, I totally agree -- Adam did it! He really is that powerful and influential now! (I am certain that all of Adam's real fans, like me, got the secret email instructions from our leader, Adam, on how to power vote and get rid of James. --- rubs hands together --- And it worked so well.) I am headed to a party now to celebrate the banishment of James Durbin. My life as an Adam fan in now fulfilled completely. ****** All written in jest and fun --- but I can have no other response to this stupid theory ****** Back to being an Adam fan -- wonder who we will take down today! |

I had my Sky recorder sitting on the menu while I fiddled with something online. It kicked back to live on the One show, lots of noise passing round a basket of goodies (or something) and the first words I heard were 'salty liquorice from Finland'.How bizarre  |
