I had some of that licorice in Denmark, and some of my danish relatives love it. It was called Puck (or something similar) but my cousin, my sister and I called it "puke" because we couldn't stand the stuff. I might have to try it again, though...

I like the licorice fr Trader Joe's. It's not "salty" licorice, but it's not too sweet either.

Well, I love licorice and The Voice.. ;D *high fives you* back'cha..  so .. just wondering... how do you suppose this job that Sauli has with the radio station is going to work.. is he to report on what is happening? What he and Adam are doing? I hope he isn't suppose to be a snoop or report on what celebs are doing.. I am confused as to what his role is. |

I don't understand all the hate towards (salty) liquorice - it is almost one of the basic necessities of life ;-) It is one of the things most Danes miss when they live abroad because it is impossible to find outside the nordic countries (as far as I know)... Don't know puck or anything like it, though. Now this is just me being nosy, so please ignore this if you like: Where do you have relatives in Denmark? |
