Who else looks this good when they're jogging?! The hoodie, cool shorts, sneaks, sooo "normal", but the breathing & intense concentration & hair on forehead, yummy. Gaaaahhh, I am soooo far down this darn rabbit hole, I'll never find my way out!! Of course, I don't want to, anyway. Also, very happy to hear he is "keeping in shape" so he can entertain us even betterer! And Sauli, too. That jogging photo is from 2010, about the time Adam mentored season 9 Idol for Elvis week. I remember commenting that I thought he looked like Elvis in the jogging pic.

Q3 is busy right now, right? Not on the thread. I'm gonna go way OT to share something with you all that is amazing. This composer, Eric Whitacre, had an idea to create a virtual choir to sing one of his compositions. He asked people to upload themselves singing their part in the composition to YT, then combined all the submissions together in one piece. Over 2000 people participated!!! The result is very moving. Here is the link to Whitacre talking about the inspiration for the video. At one point he says that people from around the globe started talking to each other on his facebook page about their experience with the virtual choir, and they have now become friends thru the magic of the internet. Of course, I immediately understood how that could happen with like-minded souls because of my experience with y'all here on Adamtopia. Since we have no new Adam videos, check this out. It will lift you up and make you smile/cry. www.ted.com/talks/eric_whitacre_a_virtual_choir_2_000_voices_strong.htmland the finished product on YT. A wonderful testimony to the power we have when we work together to a common goal.

I thought the same when I watched this and forwarded it to the chorus I sing with....we performed last weekend and always include a Whitacre arrangement/composition. This time it was WaterNight...our director has a music crush on Whitacre so it is a tradition now. They are usually the most difficult selections of the evening! But beautiful.. ETA making it relevant...I sing Tenor 1 and if Adam were to join our choir, he would/could sing Tenor right beside me! I would shift over willingly!! be great to have his strong voice in my ear....a girl can dream you know!!

Confession time - went to the drive up window at Walgreen's last night to pick up a prescription for hubby. I was listening to GNT Live when I drove up so when they asked for the name, I said "Adam Lambert." Just rolled off my tongue. I laughed and said, "Oops!" and gave her hubby's name. Still can't believe I did that!

OMFG, can't believe I sat here for 10 mins ? listening to a radio interview in Finnish! There were only a few words I understood. (Adam , Idol, NY, LA, a few others) But isn't his voice appealing? And when he giggles he sounds just like AFL! And some of his answers were so chatty I couldn't help smiling. Soooo glad dh is at work, 'cause this would be me right now if he walked into the room & saw me.

I had a WTF moment yesterday. I stopped at the gas station convenience store on the way to pick up my son from school. My mind was sorting thru several 1000 things going on at the moment, so I was very distracted. The music in the background was playing and I am thinking I know that song, and it took several moments before I said that's IIHY.
They were playing IIHY in Greenville, fucking SC.
But you can tell my mind is in a fog, too many RL things going on.

He is very good, and knows how to handle Ellen and her questions. He talks easily of Adam, not revealing much though. Life is just normal, and Sauli is very happy. And I think Adam is too .
