I so LOVE, LOVE this performance !!!!!! And not just because "Another one bites the dust" is my favorite Queen song.  Looking forward Atoppers recaps!
I also love this performance. And this is the first time that this band on tour. I must say the transition from Trespassing to AOBTD and back to Trespassing is so smooth, if you don't really pay attention you won't realize it. The first beat of the bass of AOBTD that made me realize that they're already into the song. And unlike the bass player on GMA who didn't even want to look at Adam, this one's more relax. I meant I remembered Adam was trying to connect with that bass player few time but he didn't want to look at him, not sure why. So I'm glad he gets new bass player.

This Morongo show was definitely the treat that every glambert was hoping for! I cannot reiterate how appropriate and breathtaking the Outlaws of Love introduction was. It flowed right into Ghost Town, and then suddenly, the house beat drops and the whistle comes in -- and the shirt fucking lit up!! No wonder Adam invited Leila and Eber -- it was ONE HELLA A SHOW! OMG! Perfect description! I was floored, then I giggled because it was SO Adam! His brain! His creative brain! ❤️
What do you think about this band performance? I love what they do with Trespassing and AOBTD.. the transition's so smooth.

I've always thought that Heavy Fire and Night Drive should be reversed and that Night Drive should be the last song on the standard album. Night Drive seems to fit in more with the themes and musicality of the album. |

Thank you to the streamers and people that posted those fantastic videos....Adam Lambert feeds my soul...he is an amazing amazing performer...love this...wow and wow..over the moon...how does he do this..just when you think cannot do anything more he goes for it and it is amazing and fresh and creative...he is so talented...beautiful and sexy ...got it all

Yeah??!?! What the heck was that?? I am so used to being everything so perfect, that this has me in a kind of shock. Naaaah, I loved everything else and the rest was flawless as ever but Wicked Game was ... strange  I liked it, but if he hadn't said he had a surprise cover, I'd have thought the introduction was for new arrangement of NCOE. I loved Wicked Games! The original had so much atmospheric stuff going on and of course the video helped sell the song. What Adam did live was beautiful!!!!  |

But maybe After Hours didn't make the cut to the album proper because it's such a vibe-y song that it's not like anything else on the album. But I feel it would have worked great to close out the album, as the last song. Well, it doesn't matter now anyway. It's a great song and Adam's singing it live, which means he loves it, so that's all that matters. |
