And, I hope no one is offended by me using *Glamberts*. Some seem to be at times, but Adam himself was deemed Glambert, so I can see nothing wrong with being called that. I do know the history of the cray Glamberts, but don't consider any of us like that. I am a GLAMBERT. How can you "see nothing wrong with being called that". You are mistaken lady...the "glamberts" are one of the most awesome fan bases in many many years...loyal, pasionate and suporting. And I will go out on a limb here and say that without the glamberts, lambrits, lambskanks, (sorry I can't thing of the others right now) ADAM would not be quite as successful as he is (IMO) and I thing we are an awesome group of passionate fans that bellieve in a gorgous sexy manly man that can break my heart any time and i will glad of the experience!!!! Who me??? ;-) Yes, I'm guilty of some adamtopia lurking therapy. It is helping me get over my annoying cough bug at the moment! Plus may have some OOS as well by the time I have finished voting on THAT poll! Just loving those new pictures today. Glad you're recovering well.

Ya know ,, i am more than happy to own my personal crazy stuff that makes me usually antisocial and not one of the sheep,, i like being the crazy bitch that i am ,, but i have been doing this voting thing and i don't normally do that and and well my hand is sore and then i look at his magesty and i continue to vote and i hope like hell it is for a good reason cause i feel like i am now a part of the whole wtfness that has been surrounding me of late,, mmmmm Okay back to voting with occasional breaks lost in the moving pretty ,, thanks to catz,,,, |

iluvfun42 personally, I didn't read glittergma's post as trashing Glambert's at all - we all know how much love and passion she has for Adam and how much Adam enriches her life *high fives ya* Her squeeing and flailing is always a highlight here for me I'm not overly fond of being called a Glambert myself. It doesn't offend me at all and I understand it is a good 'umbrella' term for the fandom when being referenced by the media etc.. I think it was the whole 'grab a number' thing that put me off originally. Hellz, I can also embrace the term 'Globert' and I definitely do like being part of the #NZGlitterTribe, but above all else I prefer to be just an Adam Fan and damn proud of it. I don't have to beat my chest and pronounce to the world that "I am Glambert - hear me strong". It does not make me any less passionate or supportive, or not a part of this incredible fandom. I'm here for Adam and not by whatever fanbase name seems the most popular. YMMV and JMHO.

Well this just pisses me off   @fansofscotty Scotty McCreery News bit.ly/lHafeCCount me in as BSC. It's 1:00 in the morning and insomnia is striking again and then I see this. Haven't voted on AI since S8 - not one vote - and I voted 10,000+ times for Adam in the finale (power voting strikes!). It pissed me off so bad that it seemed so many were voting AGAINST Adam and not FOR Kris that I swore off of the game. I wonder if Scotty will appreciate the fallout. |
