Yes, I saw it and I also saw your post. And I started tracking 6 other listed songs. But these other tracks added to Hot Tracks on iTunes do not move up like GT did. Here are the first six and current US iTunes position: #156 Set Me Free #128 Hold Each Other #79 Disarm You (basically where it was before it was listed - pop bars are actually slightly down since it was listed) #125 Immortalized Not in top 200 - Too Bad, So Sad Not in top 200 - It Keeps On Raining That could be what did it but why did GT move and not the other songs. And this is a big, sustained move. Well I said in my other posts that I thought it was the combination of the AI being high enough on radio and being listed there and that would seem to hold true. Searching Kworbs overall AI list only one of those other songs is getting radio play and it is only at 5.9 AI in Urban. So I think getting listed there NOW when the AI on radio has just now passed 10 million Pop and 22 million overall and the familiarity has risen high enough is what is causing it. Yes, I agree -- looks like it is awareness activation. Very nice sign for GT's future.

Just happy to see Adam getting a bump on itunes no matter the reason. Looked up Apple Beer Bash artists on utube and hardly anyone got more than one utube video but you can see lots and lots of people taking videos with their iphone. LOL Guess we were lucky to get two. Bet we eventually get the whole concert.

Yes, it was added to Hot Tracks on Friday morning. And yes, that is a curated list meaning the iTunes staff added it. I am sure it helped but that is not all that did it. GT has been on the radio for a while -- I think that the iTunes front page listing is activating the existing awareness for the song -- mostly from radio. But the pop bars are continuing to increase -- and that is unusual if it is based on the listing. On the issue of curated tracklists like the iTunes hotlist www.completemusicupdate.com/article/pitching-tracks-to-playlist-owners-is-the-secret-to-driving-streams/good read graciejane - thanks for linking this article. It is basically saying, if I'm reading it correctly, that there are now companies whose main job is getting songs "dropped" into the right playlists. If this has been done with GT, it may be that the timing also coincides with everything else to give it a big bump. Like bamafan, I would love to know all the ins and outs of this promo. And it would be interesting to know how many playlists GT is on, and whether it's been an organic sort of thing, or if most have been strategically placed by Adam's "team."

The MTVHottest contest may be one for us to pass on, but I must say I'm enjoying the Adamtopia Twitter feed at the bottom of the page today. Several fans have posted many great pictures.

From the first page: Vote for Adam!! Vote For The Sexiest Male In Pop 2015 Vote here: www.capitalfm.com/music-news/sexiest-pop-stars/#tcjAkrA4zUbOiDDx.99SirusXM: www.siriusxm.com/topsongsI think you can only vote on these once a day or you get "Thank you, we have already counted your vote" response. To vote continually, in Chrome, you can open a "New incognito window", open the voting website and vote. You have to close that incognito window, then open a "New incognito window" again. Open the voting website, and vote again. It works!
