Just reporting from San Diego---information about radio playing Ghost Town. Ever since GT was released in June, I put the radio on for a little while each day ,{usually Star 94.1 FM..} I listen in the morning while doing chores, or while in my car during the day and sometimes at night while getting my leisurely bath. So,as you can see, the time varies. What I want to share is that I have heard Ghost Town played EVERY DAY at least once--and sometimes more, since it was released, and this did not happen for any other songs that Adam has released, including What Do You Want From Me. So this song, IMO, is special, and has brought Adam to a new level of recognition here in his hometown. I sometimes wonder what Eber {who lives in downtown SD} must think when he hears his son's song being played so frequently on the radio-at last! Even if Eber can't tolerate the pop tunes and avoids those radio stations, you can't avoid GT---coming from the night clubs in Little Italy nearby, or from the stores and cars passing by. It really is a new era for Adam and I can't wait for the next single to be released from TOH.
Just a closing thought---I was very touched by that photo of Eber that someone posted from the Morongo concert last Saturday night. He had such a somber, yet sweet look on his face as he was looking up at Adam . Wonder what he was thinking as he listened to his son,and the memories that he must hold in his heart ....
