And a question... has anyone else played with Google Cardboard (everyman's Occulus Rift) (ie a 3d viewer)? They've filmed a few concerts in 3D. I have!! It's insanely cool, at only 5 bucks. I initially thought it wasn't going to be convincingly real, but DAMN. Virtual reality feels SO REAL. I let my friend try it and he actually reached out to try grabbing a virtual object (of course he couldnt touch anything) LOL. I'm rooting for this whole VR thing, I think it's the next big thing. Especially for a technology nerd myself, I find it simply fascinating. Everyone whom I showed it to was blown away at how realistic it was -- and yes I watched the Paul McCartney concert on it Check out the HTC Vive too! It's a slightly more interesting and intuitive VR headset, compared to Cardboard or Rift I have played with a number of 3D viewers. Love the HTC Vive -- you can render a whole 3D environment/room with it. It uses SteamVR -- more info about it and the US demo tour: blog.htc.com/2015/07/the-htc-vive-world-tour-is-here/I did a side-by-side test of Rift headset (uncomfortable and expensive and hard to code for) vs. a smartphone based headset for gaming -- the smartphone mounted versions won. I have not seen a concert using one of these devices -- just gaming and simulation environments.

The iTunes sales rate of Ghost Town (based on pop bars) has almost doubled in the past 30 hours. Seems like it started with the Apple event. Can we tell what exactly led to the sudden rise? So happy to see it rising up again! (Might have impact on BB100) No I cannot explain it -- just observing that it started to make the move in the run-up to the Apple event. GT is now at #47 on iTunes -- and sales are still increasing. We will see what happens as the day goes on. GT was hanging in the high 80's and 90's mostly from the radio airplay. And the cumulative airplay for a song will increase familiarity making a purchase more likely. So it was primed to move. The song appeals to people who would never consider buying an "Adam Lambert" song -- most people need to hear it or hear about it before they buy it. ETA: Moved up to #46 while I was writing this post!

Quoting from Pattihum....because she won't mind... In reference to the charting/playing and growing popularity of GT worldwide Pat H @pattihum 3m3 minutes ago @sandyzzzen @14gelly The list of countries just amazes me! International Pop Star! ️ Appears to me...a feeling.... that GT has been like a plane going down the runway...a long runway with plenty of runway in front of it...and it's gradually getting lift and it feels like now it's got enough air under it's wings that it's starting to lift off the ground. How high the GT plane will fly and for what distance is unknown.....but I feel like the plane is in the air. Do y'all feel that way? I've never felt that way about an Adam tune before, especially on an international level.....very exciting!
