OMG! I am going to the Idol Finale! Yes, I am pissed that Haley isn't one of the final 2, but there's a chance Adam might be there, right? It's the 10th anniversary show. I would think they'd have a lot of their best alums there??? You get tickets to the coolest things. I would totally move there, except that I am afraid of your earthquakes more than I am of my tornadoes.

OTT, but our Adam is an angel, comparatively. Not be rude, but Katy Perry kinda sounds like a bitch. gawker.com/5803653/Just popping in and saw this. Wow huge smear attempt! I can imagine she needs the time in the car to be private time, not time for another fan. She probably spends a lot of time in the car being driven from place to place and drivers would probably LOVE to talk to her and her friends. I find that request COMPLETELY understandable. I don't like carnations either. Don't like their smell. This "she's a diva bitch" slander has also happened to Adam some already with the fingernail polish "incident" during the Idol tour. Fortunately he is social prodigy and mayhap had guidance from people at Idol as to how to handle it best. But he is not as big as Katy yet. Likely the attempts to tarnish his character will only get bigger. It boggles my mind how much some people LOVE pulling others down. The bigger they are the more fun. For some it it their sport of choice. I cannot imagine what it is like to travel all the time and/or to constantly have to give good face. Privacy and personal space and defining it must become vital.

Re: smoking. Adam is pretty careful about his voice. I know there was no smoking on the bus. I know a number of couples where only one smokes, and always goes outside to do so. Inside (and in the bedroom) are no smoking zones. It's a common courtesy and respect thing. Also, Sauli seems to be a sweetie, too, and would not want to mess up Adam's voice. Not worried. AI results: I've been shaking my head all season, and tonight is no exception. : I am soooo out of sync with the TV viewing public. After this season it is even more amazing to me that Adam ever made it on Idol. Ever made it to the top 13, especially considering the format that season. And ever made it into the finale. This season they had lots of good auditions but the top 12 were not the best of the pick. The producers were definitely casting for certain types and looks. Then, the American public took over and quickly eliminated anyone slightly different, left of center, not homogenized white bread, and over 21. (I still say that James was selected because producers wanted Adam 2.0, and stayed as long as he did for the back story. No Adam, season 8? No James, season 10.) Do we even recognize how absolutely, stunningly, outstandingly exceptional Adam had to be to get thru to the top 13 and make it to the finale? How much he was fighting against? He had to be 100 times better than all the rest, and, fortunately for us, he was. Whew! America..... vote your little digits off next week for your favorite high school, white, bland, innocent, cutie, country singer you want. I think I would rather clean my bathroom tub than watch the finale. Think Sauli still plans to go?

I've always wondered if my feelings are a "devil you know" sort of thing.

BRILLIANT!!!"With his boyfriend" is noted casually. Absolutely nothing snide or negative. In fact. Response shown is utterly casual, exactly as it would be if it were a girlfriend. I think he loves our boy! Damn I'm going to have to start really liking Harvey of TMZ if he keeps this up.

I am kind of retroactively stunned that Adam made it at all... not to mention that he got to the finale! Many of us did some awesome job voting that season!

I can clean my shower stall during Tuesday's performance show while I listen to Adam music. I agree with your analysis. AI is about bland, non-threatening, conservative contestants. It's not about music or performance. AI has a brand and that brand is bland.

Damn! Sauli smokes! OK. The smoking sucks. He's from Europe. When Americans slowed the smoking all the companies upped their marketing in Europe, South America, and Asia. It is so sad. However, lets talk about the other completely serious crime in this picture. Those pants should be banned from any existence on this green planet.

Lindy, I have been thinking the same thing myself (typing while IIHY for Much Music award is playing in the background). I don't want us getting voter fatigue before #2 comes out, plus I think Adam probably wants to get away from Idol bubble fan wars. Maybe Q3 could let us know what is worthwhile for our attention. I am certainly willing to put forward my opinion. But people may not always agree with me. Most of the online polls have no meaning whatsoever. I rarely post links to them on page 1. There are a few times when I believe that a poll that does not result in airplay or an immediate award matters. Here are two examples. 1. One to pass on --- Michael Slezak Adam vs. Kris poll. This will not result in any direct benefit to Adam and is just a fun poll. Play if you want. 2. One that IMO mattered --- Q102FM is a critical station for Adam's next single. Radio stations track online stats. Will they play a song that is not popular or does not fit their format because of a poll like this? -- no. Did they promise to play Adam's 1+ year old music? No. But it will result in Adam getting more exposure on the Q102 FM Website and this matters. It also means that when Adam has a new single, they will be more likely to cover it on Q102FM's website. And the Q102FM website is a Clear Channel feeder site for content to many other stations. So yes, this was worthwhile. Overall, Adam is between projects and has nothing being promoted to US Radio to play. The game right now is to keep Adam in the media and online at a low, constant level so that he is not forgotten. I do not want him to have to rebuild his profile like David Cook is doing now. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The Idol All-Time Earnings estimate is not worth anything -- it is just US sales and receipts. For example, although there was never any expectation that Adam winning the Q102 Idol poll would resDid your post cut off mid sentence? See bolded part.
