Jump, Glamberts, jump. Magazine Cafe just sent me a note saying they can't promise the Adam cover. All I want is one stinking copy. I have been having all kinds of trouble with my Magazine Cafe account. I need to change my password and they have not sent me an email to initiate the change. Have requested 3 times. I have an order confirmation number from them for Adam's Billboard cover that I took with a screen grab but that doesn't mean I will get it since I have no idea where the confirmation email went. Have had that trouble with a couple of sites. In the past, the other sites swear they sent me an email but it is not in my Comcast Inbox. Had to work with another company and have them start sending things to an alternate email I use. It has been a mess. Hoping the magazine shows up in my mailbox in the next week or two. Be sure you check your spam folder. Even if you have gotten emails in the past sometimes things will end up in spam for no discernible reason.

Dang! I was hoping they would have Adam in this promo vid. I know...I know....he isn't known as well in the UK and this is his first time at this festival. (Entitled fan here!lol)Rob and Katy @robandkaty 21m21 minutes ago Not long till @fusionfest! Are you READY!!? @edsheeran @tinietempah @thevampsband @jessglynne BOOM! #FusionCapital
Is it normal, that I have absolutely NO idea who these artists are?)) well, except Sheeran...they are all headliners? In that Fusion Festival promo video, when they say "live on Capital," I wonder if that means they're airing the whole festival on the station in lieu of their regular programming? Or if they're just dipping in and out of certain sets? I've heard of (though I haven't heard some of their music) less than a third of the acts in the lineup: Ed Sheeran, Ella Henderson, Labrinth (listened to a song of his when Adam tweeted about it), and Dappy (heard the name before, don't know how or why). Also, Conor Maynard and Union J (because they both performed on the same bill as Adam before, so their names are a little familiar---I couldn't tell you what they sing!). As well as Alexa Goddard (only because I've seen Shoshanna tweet about her). And Clean Bandit. I checked out their music because Neil Amin-Smith from the band is dating Olly Alexander, the lead singer of Years & Years (Adam attended their concert and has been photographed with Olly), and I love Years & Years' new album, Communion! And Jess Glynne---she's featured on two Clean Bandit songs, "Rather Be" and "Real Love." (I had already heard and liked the songs, but didn't realize who the band and singer were until I was being snoopy about Olly's love life and looking up info on Clean Bandit.) Hopefully they'll perform the songs together at the festival. But for most music festivals these days, in any genre, I know less than half of the acts. It's a combination of me being a little out of touch and also, I think, the fact that festivals have always been populated with some acts who might not be extremely well known to the crowd and who're trying to build their base through performance and word of mouth. Really glad Adam gets a chance to do a festival in the UK and reach all sorts of different people. Regarding Adam's reaction to Robbie Williams's praise, he already responded when the DJs played the comments for him. From what I remember, he was flattered and returned the compliment to Robbie, but was noncommittal about a collaboration, which is understandable when you have no idea what you'd be committing to. Also, I gotta assume Adam's pleased about it (who wouldn't love those nice words), since it seems his PR team decided to float the story, probably in preparation for his return to the UK for more promo, and I'd guess Adam had to okay that approach. The Idolator and Yahoo Celebrity UK articles, for example, seemed to be taken from the same script, or provided press sheet, and Shoshanna retweeted those articles. I hope Robbie Williams's camp is okay with it. I don't know if there's a polite PR protocol for checking on that sort of thing, or if it's all fair game because he made the comments on radio. And the second wave of articles play up his accomplishments, too, rather than just casting him as a fan, and promote him at the same time, so he benefits also from Adam's PR machine. And who knows, maybe they will do something together in the future.

Be sure you check your spam folder. Even if you have gotten emails in the past sometimes things will end up in spam for no discernible reason. Yes, even rechecked my email settings to make sure nothing was inadvertently changed. Checked server and port information and they were correct. Have no idea what is happening. It is like there is a gremlin that randomly decides to just reject email from certain places. Might have to end up with email on Yahoo and who knows where else to deal with this.

This is Adam Lambert’s next single in Europe. Whilst we rated it as an album track, and even as a promotional single, will it work as a proper single? We’re not sure. It feels a little too theatrical for anything beyond minor Radio 2 and Magic FM airplay. But we see it doing decently in mainland Europe, with its Robyn-inspired chorus, so there’s that.
