If the big stations are kicking in to power rotation then I suspect that the deal has been made for a while and this is the final push. Explains why they let it float up slowly for so long.

All Access doesn't update the charts until around 7 am. Sometimes Az at Pulse posts earlier because he has access to mediabase I think. ETA: Duh, that's 4 am to you isn't it. LOL |
