Adam Lambert is one of the most successful artists to come out of American Idol, he’s stepped up to fill Freddie Mercury’s massive shoes as he toured the world with Queen, and is arguably one of the biggest stars in the world right now.

However, that didn’t stop Adam from slumming it with the rest of us during a recent visit across the pond.



Yes, the 33-year-old glam rock icon was spotted making his way across London on the actual hot ‘n’ sweaty underground yesterday morning as he continued with his promo tour for new album, ‘The Original High’.

Adam was said to be more than happy to chat to fans who couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw their idol donning his best leopard print jeans and leather vest for the journey.



Well, we suppose it is the fastest way to get across the city, even if it isn’t the most glamorous.

Adam isn’t the first celeb to use London’s most popular mode of transport when going about his showbiz life, with the likes of Rihanna, Niall Horan, and even Jay bloomin’ Z being spotted making the most of their oyster card in the past.

Why do none of the stars ever make it to our carriage, eh? We always seem to get lumbered with the man who has no sense of personal space and the lady with remarkable morning breath.
Life just isn’t fair.

Still, it’s good to see that these celebs have kept their feet firmly on the ground - even when they could technically Uber Exec it everywhere.
