I am not giving up hope yet! There are 4 songs dropping big! Platten's negative doubled from yesterday to today. So did Swift's. If the negatives continue to increase, there is hope! With Skrillex going recurrent & 5SOS almost below already, who knows?! We need GT to hang in there until Sunday & the following!  Tomorrow and Thursday will not be pretty though as far as bullets go! Oh! KIIS and WSKC spun 2 extra times yesterday! I am staying optimistic! Oh! Here's some good news! I am pretty sure there is no SNOL this weekend because all the iHeart stations will be carrying the festival live! Or it will be an abbreviated SNOL. So nobody will be getting big SNOL spins! ETA: Just checked KWORB archives. It was Th & Fr that had the big updates last week, not Wed. Not giving up yet! I actually heard GT ON MY WAY TO WORK today. That has never happened. Heard it twice on the way home. Wish I understood the mystery of radio. Chicago is playing the song like it's top 10, and, had the timing been a little bit better, I think it would have been. |

Hitzound didn't post the Airplay chart for this week yet, but he get's his info from this company: www.radiomonitor.com/airplay-chart/netherlandsThey put GT on #6 for this week! So he gained a spot on Dutch Airplay!  Also GT is back into top 10 on iTunes overall on #10 right now!!  Other big news: Sky Radio played GT twice today! That's a first! Once on 10:43 AM and once on 4:42 PM. So both during the day as well! Rolling 7 day total on the 4 biggest stations here is now 91 spins! That's the highest ever! It seems they are aiming for a peak once he's here maybe. Still #11 in Spotify as well! |

I am not seeing any flailing. :( It's good mainly because the song is still getting adds. These are top markets but these station are smaller. For instance WZMP is the 2nd ranked Top 40 station in the Philly market but it's ratings are half that of the leader. So it's good but not necessarily flail worthy. Oops, on further investigation WIHT is actually the top ranked Top 40 station in the DC market. Don't know why I thought that Cumulus station was top. Anyway Washington, DC is the #7 market and Philly is #8. |
