Yeah, good idea, we could be for Adams wardrobe what the Wolf Cousins are for his music. Any suggestions?

Short and sweet interview. Nothing new other than he swears by taking melatonin to help with his jetlag. And how much he loves OZ.

LOL I don't what I drank today, but somehow I find myself agreeing with all of y'all even though you aren't agreeing with each other . How does that work? Maybe it's that I'm on the verge--THE VERGE--of finishing up a big project that's been hanging over me for literally years, and I haven't slept properly in a week and a half, and I'm feeling a little lightheaded . I prefer pop Ghost Town too, and I totally sympathize with the urge that wants to hear Adam celebrated for his own music (which is, in part, why its so awesome that his own music, in whatever form, made it into this show). I admit that I, too, felt a familiar twinge with the reappearance of the #he'snotFreddie #hecan'twin thing. TOH is my favorite album to date, I LOVE many songs on it, I'm totally into the particular nexus of pop and dance and sort of vibey chill music where it lives, so I'm a very happy little Adam stan right now. Which is why I really feel for the folks, and I know there are at least a few of them on this board, who for perfectly legitimate reasons haven't quite had their sweet-spot hit by the genre Adam is currently exploring in his own music, who've listened quietly to the rest of us gushing for months while they missed this feeling that they're getting now, listening to the guy they love sing music they love with Queen. I'm so happy for them that there's this whole significant (equal, really) part to Adam's career that means there's something for everyone. And I gotta say I love it too, even if I don't always prefer the music. I love the genuine warmth and respect on that stage; I love the grandeur of every moment, I love many of the songs (Stone COld Crazy, Killer Queen, Don't Stop Me Now, Somebody to Love, CLTCL...). And more than the opportunity for great vocals, which is thrilling but not that important to me, the thing that Queen offers Adam that I'm most grateful for is the opportunity to go all out as a performer--the humor, the OTT antics, the charm and the vamping, the batted eyelids and crazy dancing--that sense of fun is what I first fell in love with him for on Idol, and he can do that a little more with Queen than he can with his own music right now. So for that I'll always be grateful. But I haven't really seen Adam get properly into his new music yet--with the possible exception of the Morango (is that what it was called?) crowd, no one really has. He hasn't had time to flesh it out yet, explore the possibilities, put together a proper show. So the comparison isn't quite fair. I can't wait to see where it goes. As for pop vs rock and iconic songs: I think there are "silly little pop songs" that will last as long as anything Queen ever did. A couple of nights ago I went to the show of a friend of mine who plays in a ukelele cover band (LOL). And they did this great, unexpected cover of Britney Spears' "Baby One More Time." Britney doesn't have much of a voice (and nor does my friend, lol), the lyrics don't make that much sense, the song was released 16 years ago, and was not, to say the least, intended for ukeleles, but trust me, the whole bar full of people, all different generations, was singing along. In 16 more years, they'd still be singing along, it's that kind of song. Who wrote and produced it? Max Martin. I'm totally with you, sweetheart...I don't think Adam has really had a chance to show his true depth with this album bc he hasn't toured it yet, so it's still blossoming. We've not seen all of Adam yet, he will develop over years, and for the moment, I am happy to do this journey with him, developing over time, like a good wine, like Bowie, whatever....and I still love Britney's Baby One More Time, that is pure classic pop...But for me, did I love the pomp and ceremony that is a Queen concert? Yes, I did. And the fleshed out Ghost Town? Yes I did. Different strokes, etc, and sometimes I agree with everybody... That is a really sweet contribution, thankyou..
