Ah, good old Google translate: "I'm in love." Got my heart beating... but the Spanish is "No estoy enamorado"..."I'm not in love.

Thank you Lady M for the "Tracks of My Tears" song this AM. I was liking Adam on Idol but after this song I fell into the pool(Pool of Abdul)lol. I do prefer his actual performance song as opposed to the Itune track. Still raises the hair on my arms and my stomach kinda does a flip.

Exclusive Interview with Queen: "Freddie is always present"
Days before the historic Queen show in Cordoba, VOS had a hand in hand exclusively with Brian May, Roger Taylor and Adam Lambert. The past and present of an emblematic rock group. watch videos of his recent performance at Rock in Rio .
By Joseph Heinz0
A group of fans gathered in a village of Puerto Madero copes with a persistent drizzle with jackets and umbrellas. Sharpen up when some deluxe truck is parked in front of the Hotel Faena, but have not been lucky so far, he did not show any of their idols. Once it gets through the Access-a narrow garden with carpet, well custodiado-, production of Queen asks the envoy VOS to wait in the lobby, an elegant space and slightly kitsch reminiscent of the famous hesitant start of Bohemian Rhapsody : Is this the real life or just fantasy?
There are antique armchairs in shades of beige, no baroque chandeliers, red and gold colors, no background music (a selection of smooth jazz ) and a grand piano to this naptime is just part of the decor. It could be the scene of an unprecedented Wes Anderson film if it were not for the characters to interact not match the American director. There are informal meetings of businessmen and tourists, lectures in different languages, thinly imported cups and glasses of water garnished with lemon peel.
The interview is scheduled in one of the upper floors. Once there are no indications to wait, but before receiving any signal opens one of the elevators and inside the chrome cube appears Sir Brian Harold May. By far the figure looks like a classical composer of the 17th century, but as -camisa and black pants on, some white Adidas that match with her hair enrulada- the initial impression is dispelled. One of the most important electric guitarists of history greets British warmth before disappearing down a corridor, flanked by a bodyguard.
Minutes later, we are next to May, Roger Taylor and Adam Lambert in a room to talk about Queen before his show Sunday at the Orpheus. They are in high spirits, Argentina brings fond memories. Their shows in the '80s were emblematic and were stored in the memory of Taylor and May. "With Maradona we exchanged shirts. He still has mine, and I in him, "says the guitarist as it is located in one of the velvet seats.
Adam, ordained you as a singer in musicals. What qualities gave you that job to take care of this job? Lambert: He gave me a good idea of what a show, by its dynamics. It teaches you how to arm themselves well a show, with its peaks and slopes. And he also gave me a work ethic. When you are part of a musical, you have to do eight shows a week and that's a lot of work, so you have to be very professional. It made me understand the concept of "show must go on".
Roger, when you look back, what do you think was the greatest contribution to the history of Queen rock? -Taylor: I think that should say others. I feel very fortunate for our career, we are privileged. We work hard to achieve that. All the rest, that people say.
-May: If I start thinking, I think we were one of the first bands to realize how important hearings in a rock show. In the city where we came (Hampton), the concerts were calmer experience, people did not sing much. Instead of resisting, we embrace that idea. We were the first to build music from that, from an idea of interaction. In Adam we have someone perfect for that, because he knows very well interact with the public. Since starting the concert, people already feel part of the show.
Young blood
Brian, suns noting that the group Adam brought fresh ideas. What kind of ideas were? Lambert: More eyeliner! (laughs)
-May: Yes, he is much more glamorous than us. He brought the youth group.
Lambert: I also brought tequila ...
-May: Well, that he would not mention (laughs) . This group poses an open discussion, and Adam is not one to lower your head and say yes to everything, he always has new ideas to try. That is the spirit of Queen, try everything without barriers. We achieved a great relationship, something we really appreciated.
Lambert: They gave me a great gift, the best you can imagine. Motivated me a lot to explore songs, they gave me freedom. It makes me happy when I propose something that works. I also proposed several things who failed miserably, saying "Noooo" ... It is a partnership with great respect, we combine forces in a single show.
-May: Did you know that on the show do a song from Adam? We played Ghost Town , but in the style of Queen.
Adam: When they told me, I thought it was a dance song too, but they did work and was very natural.
-Taylor: Our version is not dance at all ...
Brian, your Red Special guitar is an icon in the rock. It is known that you fabricaste and that gave him a unique sound. Do you think we have to encourage the musicians to build their own instruments? -May: Not everyone can take the time to make your own guitar. One of the reasons is that the fabricated had no money to buy one. So did my father, and it was great, it's part of the sound of Queen. But the most important thing is to find something that is part of you, an extension of you, so you do not think in the art, but in feeling and sound. After that, you're free to explore what you mean with the instrument.
-¿Dirías Helping specialize in something beyond the music? Your case is emblematic, SOS Doctor in Astrophysics. -May: There is an old English saying "If you want something done, I turned to a busy man." Do different things can be good, because it stimulates creativity.
-When Playing live, do you feel somehow the presence of Freddie Mercury? -Taylor: Having played so many years with Freddie makes him feel around all the time, not just when we are onstage. So what things we say every time we talked among ourselves.
-May: I totally agree, it is always present. Freddie is part of the show. He wrote amazing songs, recitals Adam interacts with it.
Adam: To me it is very important to tell the public how I feel about Freddie. I am such a fan like them, only I get to be on stage. For me it is a beautiful thing connecting the past with the present in this way.
-May: In this same situation and we imagine what would Freddie (imitating his voice) : "Think about it, I fuckin 'do it, go ahead. I'll get another drink " (laughs) .
What do you think of holograms that "revive" artists at concerts? 'Actually are not holograms, but "Ghost Pepper" (a technique of illusion). Nobody makes holograms. We tried, but we concluded that it was not right for Freddie, for several reasons. We prefer their recorded performances. At shows what you see and what you hear on the screens. Roger can play with him like old times. That generates more organic than those holograms, which are much more restricted.
-Taylor: That way, the audience is clear that it is a movie. It is not something that pretends to be a physical presence. That would be unrealistic.
-A While before this interview, I saw on Twitter elogiabas Pope Francisco. Do you think he did a great change? -May: In my life I was never very adept at the Catholic Church, but I think this Pope is a great man, an important influence.
-Taylor: Beyond you are religious or not, a good man is a good man. And he's a good man.
-Many Queen songs have in their title the word "love". Obviously I love Freddie was an important topic. Have you changed your concept in this new century? How do you define? -Taylor: That is never enough.
Lambert: I do not know, but love should not have a definition, it is an experience.
-Taylor: Still, I think we win that Beatles titles have him ... something happens that is universal that binds very well with the music.
-May: No math or physical responses to it. No one can define it at all. Love can be a wonderful thing, too painful and basically man has no control of that. Envelops you and do the best you can in that situation. Many of our songs are about just that.
