Well, Google and Bing are way better than nothing. So unless someone is willing to step in and translate, I've just tried to read between the lines and ad lib a bit on the translations. Generally, after a bit you can pick out the problems and get a pretty good idea of what is really meant. I am a happy camper with the reviews and with the response to QAL both by the press and the public. The ones that attended have been incredibly open minded about the collaboration and very appreciate of having the tour come to SA. I had some time yesterday and translated and posted my translation of the El Mercurio article (which didn't really have anything new) to resounding silence. and yeah, usually you can figure out pretty much what the Google translation means, but, as Cassie said, there have been a lot of instances when the meaning is completely opposite. One of the Brazil articles said that Adam had said he was in love (intro to STL), when it actually was "I'm not in love." maybe not commented, but noticed and appreciated.

I have to admit that I find the Googlisms and Binglanguage to be very entertaining. I know pretty much everything about this show. So when I read that Adam said "I'm in love." I know that it is a mistake and what he really said. And some of the descriptions are so funny.

In my defense, I have stated a couple of times that for my sanity, I never read QAL reviews, so I scrolled. However, that does not totally absolve me from expressing my appreciation for your effort. Thank you.

Thank you guys. It's fun trying to translate stuff, but it takes some time! Googleisms are funny too. I appreciate what everyone does on this forum, especially bringing us all the videos!

OT but I just wanted to post this Queen video because I've always liked this song and it's video is fun!. I would have loved to have heard it performed, along with Hammer To Fall, Bicycle Race, and Good Old Fashion Lover Boy, with QAL! I know it's never happening but they would be fun!
ETA: I looked it up and found it was written by Roger and released as a single in 1989. I didn't realize it had been a single. I don't think it was ever sung live though. Anyone know for sure? Talon...Q3?
