In anticipation of ALN as the 2nd single release, I've been looking through threads as early as March (when I wasn't an Atoppian) and tried re-living the pre-single release excitement. I guess you could say I'm chasing the original high  Of course what's different this time is that we've already heard ALN, but I'm still excited to see ALN on Seth Myers and NBC Today (assuming he performs, he has to), and the MUSIC VIDEO. Also, I must say that GT must have been a huge milestone for Adam, he really teased us good with those snippets and before the song dropped on us so hard. GT will always be one of my favourite songs simply because it had such a huge impact on Adam. It made him believe in himself as a worldwide popstar again! (And huge props to WBR and the Max Martin/Shellback team for that!) Now, almost 6 months later: as for all things ALN, performances, promo, music video.. any time now... I'm ready! PS: I feel like I'm ushering a newborn into the world! :D What a fun thing to do. Yes, we know the song but I am little surprised he hasn't dropped oblique hints of the video concept. That in itself is exciting, waiting to see how he visualized the song. Maybe he will tease the video on upcoming TV appearances and certainly, the Netherlands is ready for it. His team is doing such a good job of trickling information and keeping the fans and press engaged. I am ready too!!! |

Totally OT, but..... We had a massive storm last night. There are 17 people dead, some drowned in their cars, and many people missing. There are abandoned cars everywhere, and road closures, but the beach is fine this morning. The Cote D’Azur sea is no longer a turquoise blue but a murky blue with trees in it. So sorry about this, freaky  We have been having heavy storms in my part of Spain to. |

Totally OT, but..... We had a massive storm last night. There are 17 people dead, some drowned in their cars, and many people missing. There are abandoned cars everywhere, and road closures, but the beach is fine this morning. The Cote D’Azur sea is no longer a turquoise blue but a murky blue with trees in it. So sorry about this, freaky We have been having heavy storms in my part of Spain to. Yeah, I hear you had roads washed away over there in places....? This storm came from Sardinia apparently. We were warned about it, but I think it was worse than expected. Happy to say, we're fine though. Car fine. House fine. Cat was very distressed last night and hid under the bed, poor baby... |
