Only have time to do a quickie scan of the thread.. NoAngel..gratitude and appreciation..I so hear you. Have more to gush over on your Sunday musings, but will have to wait. OT..ninjas, help please. OK, if Adam is going to the Idol Finale, isn't he cutting the Moscow travel pretty close??? I know NADA about time changes etc., flight times..as you can gather. When do you suspect he will have to leave to give himself at least a bit of a jet lag respite before the gig? Is the Iceland volcano still kicking? I don't watch the news..true confession..too depressing. Not angsting, just wondering.. Haven't had a chance to look up the members map yet but I can't wait to see who's paddling in the ocean or looking down from a far away galaxy. Should be an interesting map  Back later..thanks to all of you intriguing peeps! Never in a million years did I ever think I would come to an Adam site and discuss genetics. I love this place!  The finale is Wed. I checked LAX to Moscow and there are many flights, all with connections, that leave Thursday morning. They would all get him to Moscow some time Friday, depending on the connection. They run between 16 and 19 hours. So, he'd have almost a full day before he has to perform. The band and crew is probably going ahead of him, I would guess. |

Looks like maybe one-day's growth. God, that's a gorgeous pic.  I think he's heating up the look for Moscow. They can have all the rockers they want, none are going to look this hot. It probably won't be sweet, emo Adam showing up. If he heats it much more, they're going to need firetrucks and lots of glambulances! |

I'd love to know if will be going to Sweden to work with Max Martin since he said in an interview about a month ago (I think) that he would be seeing Max soon. Or maybe there's a side trip planned to Finland--while they are in that neck of the woods?? CATZ--your good news is awesome! |

I wanted to make this post seperate to my previous one... OK Atopper's - rally round please with all the love y'all can muster for our beloved Seoulmate.I always look forward eagerly to this special lady's posts and have noticed that she has been missing for a few days and was becoming worried. So I PM'd her last night. This morning there was a reply waiting..... Maybe you could do me a favour and let all my Atopian family know that I haven't been around these past few days because my darling mom has decided to check off this planet. I've only been rushing home to have a shower and change my clothes, then it's back to the bedside vigil. I have no problems with death, but the dying process is hard sometimes. I don't expect her to make it through the weekend.I'm doing okay... just very exhausted right now from pulling all-nighters and dealing with family.
Seoulmate, words fail me, so sending you love, light and strength for this difficult and sad ordeal that you are going through. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.     |

It's my guess there has been skyping going on, or something more sophisticated that I'm not familiar with, but that would be a poor substitute for the real thing. The warmth and joy that radiates from Adam is something the family should experience in person since they have entrusted their beloved Sauli to him. I'd be willing to bet his sisters are fiercely protective of him, just as we assume Danielle, Alison, Scarlett, etc are of Adam. Personality wise, they are a match made in (the) heavens. |
