Can you gift an MP3 from Amazon to someone outside of US? Do they still have to "hide their location".... having an issue.. thx

WTF?! :-/ I don't think Amazon is winning me over to their downloads this way! The Cook video, from i-Tunes, took about 5 seconds. |
