Ghost Town is #47 on Spotify Global 50!! This song is far more popular than the sales and radio charts indicate. It is some different kind of hit, but it is a hit. It really does not look like anything else on the Global 50. You are right! I can see it daily in my school - my students talk about the song, they are listening to it, humming it - this is so amazing  (I didn't experience anything like that during Trespassing era.) |

I can't look at Ian McKellan without thinking of when he was on the James Cordan show and told that very funny story about the gorilla. And he made a few very fun and "admiring" comments about Adam, too. Adam looks so stunning. Wonderful international recognition for him! And yes, ALN is a hit, no matter how you define that. And it will continue to go up up up!

It means ADAM will be on the RADIO IN THE UK -- in a way that has some IMPACT! AT LAST !!!!! I am SO PLEASED.... I have been exasperated over the lack of radio play for Adam here in the U.K....not to say bewildered.....and even embarrassed.....!!!!!
Next hopefully we will see him on some A list shows too.
meanwhile I was with SophieB at the Chatty Man show...and thought what more could this man do.....he is PERFECT in every way....he was also very happy...got an award later and maybe knew about the radio add.
one very happy U.K. Glambert.
p.s. was great to meet Pattihum last week in London.....what a lovely lady !!!!
I think we're witnessing a much-needed breakthrough in the UK. I sure hope so! Acceptance there is so important. Looks like UK radio is finally willing to accept him for the great talent he is. |

Some members were wondering what they would do with the f**k in ALN when it went to radio. Not sure if my station is representative of the US release as a whole, but when I heard it played today (which was amazing), they replaced the f**k with a damn. So there you are.

OK...I called Silverstein Eye Center Arena for Adam's Dec. 17th performance in Kansas City and asked about the time allotted each performer and then Adam the headliner. She said the first two acts would get about 20 min each and the other act before Adam more time. The lady thought Adam would get at least an hour but they won't know for sure until a week before from the promoters.
She said the Arena it's right off the Highway 1-70 about 10min. from the Sports Arenas and that there was plenty of hotels right there where the Arena is located. A 3hrs. 47min. ride from St. Louis.
It seats 5,800 people. I looked at the ticket page and the tickets are already on Pre-sale today.
Haven't made a decision yet because I really just want a concert of just Adam and I seriously have to think about the bad weather we can get here that time of year and it, also, being during the Holiday season.
But...but....Adam may not come back here if he adds a North American tour!! What to do?
