James is never gonna be subtle. He's not capable of it. Ergo, what he thinks is what yer gonna yet...unfiltered. ... James is welcome to his opinion. I don't think its realistic. And I think he's in for a rude wakeup call. It is perfectly ok, IMO, to speak without filter. People do it with or without medical condition. Even Adam... and our boy does have big feet Unfortunately, what JD sees as reality and truth in his mind are faulty. He might not have had come to AI with such arrogance and ego, but he has somehow heard enough to develop such false sense of security. I sincerely hope that his post-idol real world lessons will restore his humility. But that is up to him.

JD interview: Asked him about what we will see on the finale. blah, blah, I'm great, blah blah. Asked about his first album. Want to break the barriers. Give metal a chance. Here's how I look at it. Adam Lambert had a chance to do that. He decided to throw away his rock fanbase from the show and pissed a lot of people off. I liked what he did on the show; gave people like me a chance, and then he went and did a pop electronica album; freakin techno album. I will stay true to the crew; garnered a metal fanbase, but I am classic metal kind of guy. Watch the finale. Think he's in for a shock when he come face to face with his "metal fanbase"? Don't get me wrong, I love old broads who still rock. Just think James is in for a bit of a shock. 8-) YAY NEW HOT SONGS!!!!! Tommy. aww.. he seems like a sweetie. My thoughts exactly on the fanbase thing...! I'm sure he has some slightly younger female fans who also are (or were at one point) into metal a bit. But if he really wants to attract metal-head cred he really needs to do something like trash the stage during the idol finale wearing a Ryan Seacrest mask, set his mike on fire, yell about the man and the corporate machine and the sign of the beast, and storm out before getting arrested. Then having completely burned all his bridges to mainstream record companies, he can record something with some indie label in Germany, play in some really rough dives, and start working his way up again. (j/k) ETA: oh, I forgot he's born again? Well actually he could find a niche in Christian metal perhaps... how's Stryper doin' these days?
