I was just watching some fan vids and looking at some Adam pictures when a realization came to me that I would like to share, take it or leave it.
I don't think Adam's life could be too much better than it has been the last 2 years. Yes, he could have more money and win more awards, HOWEVER,
1. He was totally the star of the Idols' tour
2. His album came out and was successful from the getgo
3. He went around the world promoting it, having fun, showing what acoustic Adam had to offer, and it was plenty, and making friends and admirers of everyone he met
4. He then returned to take his sold out GNT not only around the US, but around the world, again to rave reviews
5. He was nominated for a Grammy
6. He found someone to love, something that I feel was close to the top of his "To Do" list
7. He has maintained close friendships with his Glamily and his pre-idol friends
8. He has a Godson who was born on his birthday, aawwwww, and who he gets to spend time with
9. He has raised close to $ 1 mil for meaningful charities
10. He lives his daily life with a partner, going to things as diverse as RuPaul's Drag Race and a baby shower for Carmit
11.He is working, and having fun doing it, on album #2 and knows that his fans are excited about what he is creating for us
12.He has evolved into not only a star, but a really good man.
Maybe for those who wish he was as big as Gaga or Bieber or those who worry about what cretins have to say about him, JD take note, just take a minute to think about the fabulous life that Adam not only lives, but seems to relish. We are a fortunate fandom and Adam is a very, very fortunate man, and deservedly so. Sticks and stones..................
