OMG!!! They held hands on the Red Carpet!!! I am joining the pool of Abdul congregation!!!!  OK, we were seated about 25 rows back from Adam, in the same aisle. He had an aisle seat so we could observe him, a lot! ;D He came in at the very last minute. We had to be seated by 4:30 so we did not see him on the red carpet. He came in during the 20 second countdown before the show goes live. Debbie the stage manage was trying to get everyone in the theater quiet and in walks Adam down the cenetr aisle! Well, he ruined the quiet. There was a 'buzz" and people were calling his name. He got to his seat quickly and the show started. He stood up during every commercial break because there was a constant flow of people to him. I mean, with all the celebrities in the audience, everyone wanted to go down and talk to Adam. Past idols, Idol crew, and fans. He was gracious and talked, shook hands, posed for pictures, signed things. He literally was a magnet.There wasn't one single commercial that this did not happen. Although, towards the end, they put 2 ushers next to him and they slowed the flow. Adam left before the announcing of the winner. I am going to go watch the show now. Be back later. Once again, Adam brings me back up!! The pics of Adam & Sauli just make my heart smile so hard!!! I can't even explain my happiness for them, to the point of tears. I honestly never expected to see them holding hands, and I'm so happy for them both!!! Adam is in LOVE and it's amazing!!!!!!!! On the other side, I'm watching way too much CNN. I have to stop it!!! Just so very sad. Usually, I can contain it. Tonight, when I saw the AC part about a family that couldn't get their dog into their safe house, I about lost it. Then, they found their dog, unhurt except for a little scratch. I cried.......in happiness. I have 5 cats & a sweet dog, and I live in a mobile home in tornado territory. I need to make a plan, for sure. And, I will. Then I saw a story about a 3 year old boy named Ryan, who hasn't been found. I have a 3 year old Grandson named Ryan. This is breaking my heart. Sorry to bring it here. Should be on the other thead. This just sucks so bad. But, seeing Adam & Sauli has made me smile through my tears. I should stop now, and I will. Back to lurking. Not meaning to bring anyone down. I'm so excited & happy for Adam, and him being at the finale & holding hands in front of everyone. I'm so damn proud of him, I can't even explain it!!!!!!!! ILHSFM!!!!!!!!! You've all heard it, but I'm posting this because I love it so much, and I love Adam so much. It's not about what the song says in context, but that *I Just Love You* ....to Adam...and I know why.
