I am so frustrated - I can't get on to AdamOfficial! Presume that will be the only pre-sale. I signed on years ago and can't log in to my account.It keeps asking if I have changed my password, gives me a link, then it goes full circle again. I have just made a totally new application with a new name and email etc. and it tells me that I have already signed up and have I forgotten my password..... Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? (before I go mad) Please and thank you....  Because Adamtopia and Twitter services all my Adam needs I've never bothered to sign up to AdamOfficial until today - for obvious reasons! If it's any consolation I can't get past the "set password" page. Tried on 3 different browsers and the "save" button to save the password isn't responding, so I can't get any further. So I don't think you're going wrong - the site clearly isn't functioning properly and if memory serves, loads of other members here had various problems with it. Maybe some kind soul will be able to message us the passcodes for the presale? |

That site has ALWAYS been like that...it is as if they really do not want any traffic at all....do not understand... I haven't had any problem accessing over at ALF. I try and renew my membership just before renewal time so it never lapses. I did have to reset my password...just beefed up my original one...way back last spring I think when they asked everybody to do that. Hope everybody with problems logging in can get it fixed. I just hate this last minute notification with presales staring tomorrow. Why does it always have to be mad rush last minute announced presales....with add'l concert dates still not announced. It's always gonna be like this, isn't it? lol Glad I can just sit back for this next go around. When the US portion is announced....then I'll be in ticket angst panic mode. I just went to the site to try and log in and I also found my email/password not recognized for the umpteenth time. I followed links and found a new group operating the site...a group called "Wonderful Union" and operating fan sites seems to be their business. They have a 'contact us' link so I sent them an email asking them to fix this and letting them know that this difficulty is a big part f why that site is largely unused other than for pre-sales....and that it was generally frustrating. I am glad you have not had trouble bamafan but I know many do as we have had this collective conversation many times. I have been a member also, from the beginning...or at least, since planet fierce shut down and we used the club as a gathering place till the first Adamtopia was set up....I remember sitting there for hours gathering all the id's with pf behind them and sending out messages... but I digress.... I don't know if it would help but perhaps a mass attack by those not 'let in' would have some effect...~shrug I went to the ALF site, not adamofficial..... |

I just logged in at ALF to find out that my yearly membership had already ended weeks ago!  I quickly renewed it, just in time for the pre-sale, phew!!!  LOL!!!  |

Advice anyone please? The venue I want (Manchester) appears to be standing only - is there any point in my renewing my ALF membership? I'll be at work when the tickets go on pre-sale so I don't think I'll gain any advantage - any advice welcomed please. Wish they'd do the pre-sales in the evening!

I am really confused now...who [Ground control; or Wonderful Union] is the "official" manager of the fan club? I have emails from or through ground control trough at least June of this year. It does look like I should have renewed my membership last month...but also, the first thing that pops up for 'wonderful union' is the money ask and will not let you further in the site...or me at any rate. Now I went to Adamofficial [per a google] and that site...much more updated info and pics from the first one....has a welcome to the new site...I used the just 'reset' pw [which is the same one I had used before, according to my records] and sure enough...have to 'reset' that one too. I am really tired of wasting valuable brain cells on this ridiculous site.
I expect if you simply act as if you are brand new and use brand new id and pw, and give them more money, they will be happy for the day but that does not help you get in another day. And if it recognizes the email, that won't work either....
now what? Bamafan, what is the full on name of the site you get on easily, and who is managing it? This has to be the secret and I just do not know what I am doing wrong?!! I don't have issues with 95% f the sites out there but this one has always been a conundrum for me

OK - thank you everyone for supporting me in my moment of need. Panic over. I managed to join ALF....what a palava!...had to find paypal details etc....reset password....reset card details! Got timed out.... BUT DID IT!  Just waiting for THE LOOK when it appears on my statement as 'WonderfulUnion.com' (not bad for $10...  ) |

Now I got a message from Wonderful Union using a ground control email address so clearly one is the manager and the other the pathway...still...they need to set it up differently and more evenly as the password issue is mirrored on both sites...RL is taking over now so I look forward to seeing if anyone has this all worked out...at the moment it is a waste of time unless you need resale info...imho |
