I am so frustrated - I can't get on to AdamOfficial! Presume that will be the only pre-sale. I signed on years ago and can't log in to my account.It keeps asking if I have changed my password, gives me a link, then it goes full circle again. I have just made a totally new application with a new name and email etc. and it tells me that I have already signed up and have I forgotten my password..... Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? (before I go mad) Please and thank you....  same here |

I am just guessing that those having trouble with ALF site just need to renew membership. For most, membership expires in September!  Think I was on the wrong site - AO - still not really clear about the difference but now a fully-paid up member of AFL! Thing is, I've been too used to getting my Adam tix through the Queen fansite in recent times!! (So - any clues about Adam's boyfriend in the valet queue ? No.....ok....not really curious anyway  ) |

(before I go mad) Please and thank you.... same here I cannot log into adamofficial.com home page, but I can log into the fan club link on that page. i was able to reset my password successfully there, but the adam offical home page continues to scorn me. i suggest trying to log in to the fan club link as that is where you will get the presale code. I see a presale code for Europe in my dashboard (who invents these things). Will be happy to share that presale code through member message but do you have to get to the sale through the link listed there? |

I am really confused now...who [Ground control; or Wonderful Union] is the "official" manager of the fan club? I have emails from or through ground control trough at least June of this year. It does look like I should have renewed my membership last month...but also, the first thing that pops up for 'wonderful union' is the money ask and will not let you further in the site...or me at any rate. Now I went to Adamofficial [per a google] and that site...much more updated info and pics from the first one....has a welcome to the new site...I used the just 'reset' pw [which is the same one I had used before, according to my records] and sure enough...have to 'reset' that one too. I am really tired of wasting valuable brain cells on this ridiculous site. I expect if you simply act as if you are brand new and use brand new id and pw, and give them more money, they will be happy for the day but that does not help you get in another day. And if it recognizes the email, that won't work either.... now what? Bamafan, what is the full on name of the site you get on easily, and who is managing it? This has to be the secret and I just do not know what I am doing wrong?!! I don't have issues with 95% f the sites out there but this one has always been a conundrum for me I just go to www.adamlambertfans.com/ Then I click on Log In. And I put in my email and PW and I'm in. I think Wonderful Union has replaced Ground Control rather recently. I hardly ever go to ALF and only go to AO to buy merchandise. I think the social forums/blogs now are all tied together between the two sites. They have the EU touring up over there under News and of course the links for presale under Events. |

I have an important question for anyone who recently bought a ticket via the Adam fanclub in the presale, like for the Australia tour or Asia tour.
Can you tell me if you got an e ticket? Or are the tickets send to you?or did you get "will call" tickets?? (That means that you have to collect your ticket at the box office the day of the concert)
I have ordered fanclubtickets via groundctrl for anither artist several times and they were akways Will Call tickets. And i really prefer to have my ticket with me and not collect it on the day of the concert.
Can someone please inform me???
