ScorpioBert has uploaded NYE audio in single song MP3 format. I think she started with the official video and converted the audio to MP3 format. Because this involves converting from one lossy format to another lossy format, there will be some loss in audio quality, but unless you use really good headphones you may not hear the difference. I think video downloads from adamlambert_pic have the best audio so far. I think these videos were ripped directly from the official videos on the web site. However, I do not know how the rip was done or if it was done in the best way, so I can't say that it is the best we will get. Anyway, I extracted the audio from the videos and uploaded to Mega. Since the official videos are in MP4 format with the embedded audio in AAC format, I extracted the audio EXACTLY as it is in the video with absolutely NO loss in quality. The audio files have the M4A extension, but M4A is basically the same thing as AAC (don't want to get too into the technical details unless someone wants to know). M4A/AAC is the default format for iTunes and all things Apple and most all audio/video players will play this audio format. If you really want the audio in MP3 format, iTunes will easily do the conversion, just google for instructions. But the audio WILL loose quality if converted to MP3. I know, but there are pics from Singapore, where Adam reminded me of some Justin look. Here in Australia Justin Bieber pics and songs everywhere, you can not avoid and pretend not to see. Maybe that's why it came to my mind.  I'm sorry if I offended anyone what I wrote in my way of thinking. Nope. Not offended. I see the resemblance. I seem to remember seeing Bieber in a longish T-shirt with a shirt tied around his waist, and baggy pants, with a backwards cap like Adam wears frequently. Adam's shirt tonight from a distance with that striped pattern looked sorta like he had tied a shirt around his waist as he has several times recently. Also, some of Adam's moves/gestures are pop-y, hip hop influenced. Adam's look tonight definitely reminded me of that urban boy pop look. I saw a very (charming) boyish quality in this performance |

This looks to me to be part of TOH tour staging. I don't think it was abbreviated for the Singapore show because it is precisely choreographed and has set music and lighting cues. I like TOH this way, with him singing the chorus in full voice, down the octave, instead of in falsetto. Also, I have to smile that Adam brings back NCOE.... sorta. I get the feeling that this version is much more to his liking than the studio version. He remixed it into a dance club tune. ITA about this being the tour staging and arrangement -- although I think NCOE will be part of the Asia-Pacific tour and then may go away. It was a Top 10 hit in many Asian Markets, #24 in New Zealand. It may vanish in Australia where it did nothing. I would be surprised if it in included in the EU or North America. |
