My memory of Adam in Korea is from Feb. 17, 2013. A group of about 20 fans sat in a circle on the concrete floor after his concert. Everyone was gone, the instruments, everything on the stage, gone. They didn't want to leave the place where they had experienced "him". I have looked for that picture but didn't locate it. When he returned with Queen (8-14-2014), I remember the complaints of the Koreans singing all the songs and we couldn't hear him very well. Well nothing has changed, but I still enjoy them singing along. "I was Born to Love You" when he sang it to them with Queen, it was very moving. They don't forget.

This is like watching a great music video! Very entertaining and compelling. Cassie, here's a nice ballad without a sing along -- just the way you like it!!! LOL I like the way Adam is ending TISI on a positive, victorious note, instead of the angrier, edgier ending we saw previously. www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvIGEHNQSqMOH Cassie! I think you are going to like this. Not just the lack of sing along but how he uses his voice. This is an awesome vid

OMG!! Did you see his spin!! Damn!!! Was that a triple spin at the end??!!!! I saw a similar move only once before a while ago but less "perfected". I think Adam has been getting some private dance lessons in his spare time. You can't pull off that move just like that. Love, love, love how he's grooving and feeling it. He's so in his element by now, so in command, and so sexy...let's get prepared for him to "explode" by the time he hits the US Then again, the crowd in Seoul was absolutely fantastic!!! No doubt that Adam loved every minute of it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmDndSNfDJQI'm know as the spin queen to my dance friends, so analyzing Adam's spin is really fascinating to me. Fortunately, YouTube has a slow speed setting that lets one watch the video as slow as 1/4 speed. So after repeated watching at 1/4 speed, here is my analysis (see video above starting at about the 3:00 minute mark): Adam is actually doing a double (2 revolutions) spin on his left foot with his right foot raised and held next to his left knee. Requires great balance to do that!! He then steps out of the double spin on his right foot and goes immediately into a half pivot turn (1/2 revolution), then continues the turn another 1/4 revolution by lifting his left foot and placing it to the side. He lets his torso rotate another 1/8 to "check" the turn and stop the rotation by bouncing off of the check. This extra 1/8 rotation body check does not count in the total number of revolutions. He has actually done 2 & 3/4 revolutions, 2 revolutions in a spin and 3/4 revolution in a turn. (The difference between a "spin" and a "turn" is that a spin is done in place over one spot while a turn moves a bit across the floor.) This step out of a spin into a turn is a very standard technique in ballroom dancing and other forms of dancing. It helps to control the exit from the spin in a way that the person maintains balance and it looks cool. Also note that just before the start of the spin Adam steps back on his right foot and pulls his entire right side back over his right foot. Both his right hip and right shoulder are over his right foot. He then pushes off of the right foot into the spin using his arms and the right side back body position to propel him into the spin. He only closes his arms part way as his elbows are out while his hands are behind his head. He could get a bit more speed in the spin by crossing his arms over his chest as the figure skaters often do. But this hands clasped behind his head helps to keep his upper torso lifted which helps in keeping the spin balanced. This is good turn technique in many genres of dance and something that Adam definitely has to have been taught by someone who understands the technique. The exception would be ballroom Latin/Rhythm dances such as Cha Cha and Rumba. In those dances, the proper technique is to step back on the right foot, pull the right hip back over the right foot, but leave the right shoulder straight forward creating a twisting effect in the torso. Then snap the right hip into a rotation. The spin will be much faster than the above technique without even having to pull the arms in. In fact, using the arms to propel the spin rotation would be considered bad technique in Latin/Rhythm ballroom dance. OK, probably more than anyone here really wants to know. Now, does anyone what to know how Adam did that shimmy a few days ago during the drum solo in IIHY. Suffice it to say that I have been VERY envious of Adam's dance abilities ever since GNT!!! I've been amazed by his ability to do chest isolations, body rolls, hip circles, and other belly dance movements. He would make a great belly dancer and as I remember he has a friend who is a belly dancer. Probably learned from her. I'd also LOVE to see him on Dancing With The Stars - he would be great!!! But I know it is not the right time in his career for that.

Did you guys notice this? : Do you think it's based on any known to them facts? ....cause I'll start hoping.... LOL, I highly doubt it. Given the fact that she states he is touring Australia in February at the beginning of the article then lists the January tour dates at the end I wouldn't trust any "facts" from her. I think it's either wishful thinking on her part or a misreading of some other article. There have been several articles over the last few years that have made similar statements and Brian, Roger and Adam have all said that there has been no discussion of recording an album together as Queen. I get the distinct impression from Adam's comments that he is the least likely of the three to be interested in doing that. They could at least give us a live concert DVD and CD!!! Hope it comes soon!!!

I LOVE IWBTLY vids from QAL concerts in Korea and Japan. One of my favorite QAL songs. And I can't forget We Are Glamily Tour concert in Soul. The audience was so awesome and Adam looked very pleased and happy. This is the best song of that evening, IMO (I love especially the ending of it and I think Adam probably too. ) www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjKJnDbQayE

I think this has been discussed before.. I was noticing how many retweets Talc's tweet had, but was wondering if it would have more of an impact on Adam's media profile to retweet the article directly with Adam mention instead.. or maybe do both?

I always go to the original and retweet that - I am sure they look at their RT counts...IDK how RTs of RTs count...

You can change my name from 'momtomany' to 'OreoQueen' -
Oreos have been in my life my entire life!! Oreos have been in the lunchbox and on the kitchen counter for as long as I can remember. 'Double Stuffs' are my DH's favorite snack. If he's pissed at me, all it takes is a package and a kiss to mend the fences.
I have no idea what they're made of. But I can share a recipe for 'Oreo Rice Crispy Treats' that is to die for.
It's amazing that my childhood cookie; my after-school snack, a mainstay of middle America, is now part of Adam's innovative, shockingly blazing portfolio of excellence.
I just can't compute this journey. I really get Adam's part. His trajectory; his ascent into 'stardom' and the path I've known he was certain to forge. What confuses me is my own transformation. Saw him on Idol - click! Down the rabbit hole - click! GNT Tour - click! Adam and Queen in Europe - click, click!! Trespassing 'one-offs' - click! QAL US - click! - TOH Promo & Performances - click!
Getting good at this! Just about as good as I am at licking the white frosting off the center of an Oreo cookie. Delicious.
