I didn't like the surprise in Cat's voice when she declared Ricky was safe. Like it was a foregone conclusion he would be in the bottom. >:(
ETA - Sorry, yea Sasha! Wonder if the highest votes yet this season is due to a combination of glamberts and monsters voting. Hope the monsters get bored and move on to something else.

Nigel makes me crazy. I love Rickey, and I really hope Tadd makes it through. He was fantastic last night. I feel bad for Jess, but oh, well. And thank god for no Sasha drama. That girl is so damn good, and I had no idea based on what we saw on the tour (or course, it was supposed to highlight the music/Adam, not the dancers). I think she will move on to big, big things. I prefer Jess to Tadd, actually. To me, the judges have been over-pimping Tadd, and man, that Jess boy can work a stage. And he's springy. I'm curious about Tadd's solo--the last couple have been really awkward to me--all contortions--impressive but not something I think of as dance, exactly. Given that is his personal style, I guess it is surprising that he's pulled off everything else he has, but to me he's been mostly adequate rather than great at the other styles. Looked a little clunky to me, for example, in the dance with Caitlynn last night (don't tell anyone, though, but I was mostly too distracted by Caitlynns awesome swirly dress to notice much else.) And you know how much I know... WORD on Sasha, however. ETA: sure, lets bitch--I'd happily bet on the judges saving Jordan over Caitlynn, but they have complained about her overplaying the leg card in the solos in the past. I totally agree with you, cookie... This is why I like kevetching with you. A conversation of equals. LOL. I wanted to be mad about the favoritism towards Jordan, but I didn't like Caitlyn's solo. Tadd's solo was great fun, and harder than the last one he did. He may not have as much training as Jess, but he's got real potential. They are both good, but are likely not going in the same professional direction.

Hmmmm..... Well, I think Jess and Jordin will go home. I'm guessing Jess and Caitlyn.

see, i would totally send tadd home. To me, that just wasn't graceful or even really something I would categorize as DANCE at all. And it's not a b-boy genre thing--other b-boys did things I loved in the past, that had a lot of athletic grace and rhythm to them. Its just his stuff is so awkward and goofy, but not in a charming way, the way, to me, jess is sometimes goofy. But I think y'all are right, I'd bet on Jess' going home...
ETA: I agree about Caitynn's solo. I think it would be fair to send her home over Jordan, even though I'm hardly Jordan's biggest fan...

If Rickey had been in the bottom two guys, I think he would have gone. Nigel especially seems to have been looking for a chance to send him home.

Is it just me or is there something kind of slow and lackluster about this Gaga performance by her standards? (To be fair, I'm giving it only partial attention while I hold a battle of the experts with cookie)

LOL GAGA: "now..JUMP!" sound familiar? Yup! She's not near so cute when she does it, however.

I thought Gaga's voice sounded great, but I agree that her production/dancing wasn't as sharp as I expect from her.
