Interesting. I find the sudden drop peculiar, especially for HAC. It's almost like WBR wanted it dropped because something else is coming very soon! #FingersCrossed So talk me down cause I feel unsettled. Why didn't TOH hit in Australia? They love him there, he toured, he is on media. Are we pie in the sky about this song? I love it so much. I don't get it. |

It's almost like WBR wanted it dropped because something else is coming very soon! #FingersCrossed What I found interesting was that the detail rihannsu posted yesterday showed that the leaders aren't slowing down. They are even increasing. Who is dropping those spins then? But yeah it sure looks like it's done now. Wonder when they'll film the MV. Yes! The leader board is good. IDK! Kind of crazy! |

So for the OZ/NZ part we have: as Patti mentioned a while ago - artist take is about 34% - so approx. $235K, plus from bama's post (see below) another $60K, plus some amount from merch - is $10K/show a reasonable assumption? 235+60+60=355 so, roughly we have $59K-$60K/show average pre-tax for Adam, in any case not less than $50K/show sounds good to me (I am assuming the BB report is in US $s) I have to add: MOST OF ALL I LOVE SEEING THE WORDS "SOLD OUT" ! |

The VIP pricing, is rarely included in these concert reports. For example, if the highest priced regular ticket is say, $100, but the VIPs were $275, that extra $175 is not reported.

Will they go with TOH as a third single in the US? Don't hate me, but I don't see it doing any better than ANL. Honestly, I love the album, but nothing else on it is striking me as a strong radio single. I just don't know if there is another "Ghost Town" hit on it. I really hope I am wrong. To me, Underground sounds the most "radio current," but I don't see them releasing it.
LOVE the album, but just doubtful about radio success for anything else on it.

I forgot to check the live Pop Bars for Australia yesterday, but today the songs are: 95 Adam Lambert Ghost Town 672 Adam Lambert The Original High Album dropped out of top 200. Australian iTunes Singles: 109 Adam Lambert Ghost Town 1106 Adam Lambert The Original High Hmm. This is going nowhere... What's wrong with Australia! He's been all over the place there. New update Australian iTunes Singles: 134 Adam Lambert Ghost Town 552 Adam Lambert The Original High 994 Adam Lambert Whataya Want from Me 1491 Adam Lambert If I Had You Maybe there is hope! Or Hobart played a role. As for next single: I don't know if TOH will smash. It didn't show up in the top 200 in Spotify yet in Australia although it took GT also about 5 weeks to be seen there. GT did go higher in iTunes right away, but that was partly also fans buying I think. With the way they do the new singles the fans can't buy it as they already bought the albums most likely. Maybe we should give it a bit more time. I still think that The Light will be very popular in Europe again. It is also the song that shows the most fluctuations in Spotify which indicates that people are triggered to listen to it in some sort of way. That's probably not only fans. It is still the 3rd song of the album in streams at the moment. |
