I noticed at the first Melb show that although he did full set list he appeared to me to be "protecting" his voice throughout. It was still glorious. Still a wonderful amazing show, but the next night was first time he pulled TISI from set list. And he seems to have been tweaking ever since. I seem to remember him working with a vocal coach to structure the GN set list - not sure he did that this time. Adams style of performing and just range of his songs is a vocal workout however you view it. IF he has some kind of low grade virus as well (and there's been one going around here in oz that takes a few months to go away), it could be he's proactively protecting himself for the haul he has ahead... Maybe shoehorning US in between TOH Asia and Queen shows wasn't such a great call...

We all agree that when Adam sings TISI it is with power and passion and blows us away, but if Q3 is correct, it won't be a single. So, the problem I see is that it is performed before his current single ALN. After TISI, ALN seems anti-climatic but when performed alone without TISI, it draws the attention and gets the wow factor. So if this were my single, I would put it with 2 songs that are not quite as dramatic. JMO

He's either down physically, mentally or emotionally and I don't like any of those options Neither do I. :(

I wish he would just tell us if that is the. Cause we would all quit whining and send all the good vibes we could muster. Instead of wallowing at our own little pity parties!! Sorry for being so sorry for myself! I think sending all the good vibes is not a bad idea!

I'm trying to collect my thoughts for a recap which seems to be an easy thing to do on the surface but on the emotional level it is proving to be "PM material"... So, i'll go with the "easy" approach 8-) This was my first of the two TOHT shows. I got to the venue during Alex's set, got to my row J center seat and immediately loved the "closeness" to the stage. I could see Alex perfectly, the sound was great, the theater looked packed, I tested mixlr (very easy to use btw) and I was ready for my original high :D ... and then Adam gets on the stage and as if the universe shifts and the stage moves away from me, and Adam is impossibly far...now...how did THAT happen? 8-| and it stayed this way until the end of the show at which point the stage moved back into it's proper place... sooooo... how close is close enough? The flow of time got shifted as well. Because no one can convince my feelings that Adam was singing for 75 mins... HE WAS NOT! it was more like 75 seconds of heavenly audio experience... pure perfection! At time I had to close my eyes to concentrate on "listening" -my old habit of isolating sounds from visuals - the latter, especially in Adam's case, are too distracting and he was to "far" to see well anyway... so, no hoarseness of any kind noticed throughout the concert... Mixed crowd, a decent amount of couples, a few children, a few boyz...many faces familiar from other NY area events...met mmadamiamadamm for the first time in person - what a warm and charming lady! Hugged theosgma, unfortunately there was no time to talk... our TALC goddesses were right in front of me doing their magic - I have to say they have the "process" down - amazing dedication... the "short" set was already discussed enough - I am hoping the Terminal 5 show will get lucky! Counting on the presence of media and industry and Adam's friends to bring all bells and whistles out! Really appreciate the recap. Thank you.

Its Adams show. And his health. So if he feels he needs to cut it short to.accommodate him. I see no problem. Your still seeing a great show. Like he said they welll be bk. I still.want to hear him sing Clyg live one day.

I don't know anything about singing but it seems to me he is protecting and saving his voice since the beginning of his tour (since the Singapure), during his radio shows he did the crazy high notes on Lucy etc but since the beginning of the tour he is very careful... But it's understandable since he has so many shows and then the queen shows right after...

Probably I am the only one who is not lamenting the drop of TISI, is not one of my favorites I like just okay, so when I see him on LA if he doesn't sing it I won't even miss it, there I said it!
