What makes me sad is thinking ahead to the next 10-15 years and wondering will I physically be able to even attend concerts. I want to see Adam turn 50 while I'm still alive. I doubt sanity will ever kick in for me, but reality will. Please take inspiration from the world's oldest yoga teacher - 93 years of age. You must be pretty fit to have withstood the NZ and Oz trip so well so keep on taking good care of yourself and no reason why you can't still be flailing at 80!  I attended a yoga community event this past September and this woman was honored and was the keynote speaker. She has had an amazing life, and still so vital. She said the most important thing is to move each day, and keep moving. |
