I did get brave enough to buy the infinity pendant Pennyroyal offered. It's something that, if I ever see another Adam fan in my small town, they would recognize it - but for someone who is not a fan, it's just a nice necklace...sadly nobody has yet come up to me and said "is that the Adam Lambert necklace?" Maybe someday it'll happen.
