Just listened some more times to WTTS. Can't get enough! Something did occur to me about it, though: It is a complicated song to sing. Its rhythms are tricky, especially toward the end. The singers really have to know their stuff to keep it flowing in the right way. That kind of "improv" at the end is really perfectly crafted. I've noticed this a number of times about Adam's songs. He doesn't sing simple.

So....what is next for this song? He seems overly excited for it to just be a drop and run. No chatter of radio impact dates, no chatter other than Toby from any radio peeps. why not drop a simple lyric video with this release rather than that static one? Simple and relatively inexpense to do something at least marginally visually interesting. Noone goes to youtube to stare at a still image. A couple more weeks here in the US and then leave the country for several months. Odd little release so far.

Listening to Idol interviews and the one with Scott Borchetta caught my attention: It has a small gushing mention of AFL, (sic!) at the beginning, so that makes this one worth it right there, but otherwise there are two other noteworthy things about this interview: a) how much Scott B. seems to be a kindred spirit in more ways than one, (wide music tastes, incl. rock, enthusiastic and motivational for younger artists), and I can think of a few others too. b) Scott resides in Nashville, in county music city with connections to everybody and anybody in the business. Could he maybe be the one who has brought about that somewhat arbitrary AL performance with Leona Lewis of the Little Big Town song a few months ago? Just a thought. Here is the interview that got me thinking: www.dailymotion.com/video/x3ymute_scott-borchetta-interview-at-american-idol-3-17-2016_music

ok
TIME FOR STREAMING? WHAT DATES DOES BILLBOARD COUNT? ITUNES GOOD FOR FIRST INDICATOR, AS I UNDERSTAND IT, BUT STREAMING IS WHAT REALLY COUNTS?
DIRECTION NEEDED, WHAT IS BATTLE PLAN. THINK IT WILL DO FINE ON ITS OWN BUT...

Doesn't make financial sense to drop and run. shoshanna stone was there last night. and have we seen this one? pop-buzz.com/just-music/adam-lambert-welcome-to-the-show-listen/
